حول المجلة

تأسست مجلة الفتح في سنة 1997 وكانت تصدرها كلية المعلمين – الجامعة المستنصرية , وبعد تأسيس جامعة ديالى سنة 1999 أصبحت مجلة الفتح تصدر من كلية المعلمين / جامعة ديالى وكانت تعنى بنشر البحوث العلمية والإنسانية والتربوية حيث كانت تصدر بشكل فصلي أي أربعة أعداد في السنة

وقد أصبحت مجلة الفتح منذ تأسيسها مصدر كبير للمعلومات الدقيقة التي كان يستفيد منها الباحثين وطلبة الدراسات العليا إلى يومنا هذا وذلك بسبب حكمة القائمين على إصدارها ورصانتهم العلمية ,وقد تناوب على رئاسة تحرير مجلة الفتح كوكبة من الأساتذة العظام وعمل فيها مجموعة من الموظفين المبدعين , وقد توقفت مجلة الفتح عن إصدار أعدادها بين عامي 2006-2007 وذلك بسبب الظروف الأمنية التي مرت بها المحافظة اظافة إلى استشهاد سكرتير تحرير المجلة في ذلك الوقت (الدكتور حسن احمد مهاوش) رحمه الله.
وبعد استتباب الأمن في محافظة ديالى وعودة الحياة الطبيعية إلى ربوع المحافظة عادت مجلة الفتح بإصدار أعدادها وبحلتها الجديدة وخاصة بعد أن حصلت المجلة على الترقيم الدولي (issn ) وعادت مجلة الفتح لرفد المسيرة العلمية بالبحوث التربوية و النفسية القيمة ففي سنة 2008 وحسب توجيهات الوزارة أصبحت مجلة الفتح مختصة بنشر البحوث التربوية والنفسية فقط.

Hence this study aims at making (a comparative study between the standard method and the lecture method in the collection of the first grade students Department of Arabic Language Faculty of Education, University of Diyala in the subject of exchange). Aims of this study are:- 1 - To investigate uhich of these methods (standard and the lecture) is the best in achieving the Arabic language students/ Faculty of EducationAl_Asma'i - Diyala University. 2 - To investigate the effect of the sex variable in student achievement in the Arabic language who have been studied according to two methods (standard and lecture). In order to achieve these goals one of the researchers has applied his studies on two sections in the Department of Arabic Language - Faculty of Education Al-sma'i - Diyala University, section (b) The number (51) students, a study on according to the standard way and another section which is section(c) The number (52) students are taught according to the lecture method as the total sample (103) students. One of the researchers conducted the experiment at the beginning of the second semester of the academic year (2010 – 2011) At the end of the experiment the researcher has tested the students to know the effect of using one of two ways (standard and lecture) in the collection of students in the Department of Arabic Language and making a comparison between them. After conducting the experiment and analyze the results by statistical means the researchers have come number of conclusions, including:- 1 -The students are very poor in the section of conjugation. 2 - Use the lecture method has led to a negative impact on the performance of students. In light of these results researchers recommend a number of recommendations ,including: 1 - Teachers of conjugation subjects should use the standard method in teaching this subject. 2 - Use a variety methods in teaching this subjects, especially the standard one because this method suitable for the vocabulary of this subject and the nature of these students and their abilities. The researchers also propos to undertake a number of studies:- 1 - Making a comparative study between two methods instudying the same topics as the Arabic grammar. 2 - Writing researches and preparing thesis about the problems of teaching subjects of conjugation at the secondary,intermediate and preparatory stages. The aim of the research to reveal the values prevailing in paintings sixth-graders in the basic education schools, in the center of Sulaymaniyah governorate academic year (2010 _ 2011). The teacher uses the best methods ,strategies and techniques but this needs a lot of knowledge of sources ,teaching and techniques .so he wisely chooses which is suitable for one purpose and rejects which is not and if it is new or old by adapting wisely his method instead of a doping the same one. Teaching methods is not less important them scientific subject or than the learner .It is a complete partial from pedagogical situation in clouding the learners needs, abilities and aims which the learner looks forward and the techniques that follow to identify the learning field .so teaching is an intentional activity aims at translating the pedagogical goals in to situations and experience that the learner interacts with and acquires from its results the acceptable behavior and in order to join the learner with contents of curriculum ,the teacher follows different methods and strategies and uses aids and pedagogical activities for increasing such methods and strategies. This research has aimed to identify: 1. The usual teaching methods used by teaching institution numbers at Diyala university justification for using these methods by the teacher For achieving the research goals the researchers Follow the analytic descriptive curriculum , then they Limit the original research society (the teaching institution numbers) at Diyala university For both scientific and literary subject and who holds the scientific degree as (professor , assistant professor and a teacher )for the year 2011-2012 .The research modal has bean chosen on purpose from the collages and the departments of the university to represent 10% from the teaching intuitions' members. The researchers used two types of close-open questionnaires to identify the method which they follow and after using the statistic aids available ,they concluded that there are five common methods((lecture,discussion,discovery,inductive and problem-solving)).the lecture method got the first order for having the arithmetic mean of 231,6 and the items that represented got the highest frequency while problem –saving method came at last .and one of the important justification for using these methods was due to the teachers ignorance for the other methods and the great number of the students inside the classroom which absolutely stands as obstacle from using other methods. the researchers' submitted several recommendations and suggestions.

The research aimed at evaluating mathematics book for sixth primary school from teachers’ point of views through evaluating mathematic book curriculum for sixth primary school in center of Diyala governorate . Evaluation conducted according to the following criteria :- A. Whether the book achieved the objectives of ministry of education . B. Subjects suitability to the level of the students . C. Clearness of figures and drawings of the book and whether it is helpful to them or not . D. The correlation among the book’s subjects . E. The quality of book’s displaying .Both researchers chose the main exploration sample in random layer method. After identifying the origin society for the research ,the researcher draw randomly the main exploration sample . Both researcher reached the following conclusions :-  Introduction of the book did not include general idea about the content of the book .  Subjects of the book were very accurate scientifically and graduated from sensibility to abstract , from difficulty to simplicity . The goal of current research to know the impact of the strategy of reciprocal teaching in the skill of reading aloud (read health) in the fifth grade elementary students. To achieve the objective of this research the researcher chose the Gospels of the Benin School to be an arena for the application of the search experience. The number of members Almjootain Search (60) students studied reading material using the reciprocal teaching strategy, way. After the researcher has identified the scientific material to be considered in the experiment coined the behavioral objectives, bringing the final number of the image (90) the target behavior. Used in this study the descriptive survey method, by adopting the questionnaire includes the first research goal, and second, a (19), paragraph nineteen, and after verifying the authenticity of resolution and stability applied to the sample size (30) teacher of Art Education، The researcher used the means of the following statistical, Pearson's correlation coefficient to calculate the stability of the tool, and the percentage, and the weighted average, weight percentile, which brought the researcher to a set of results, and conclusions through the conclusions of the most important: in the first goal from the standpoint of parameters to evaluate the evidence teacher of art education in identify the characteristics that must be met in the directory are as follows 1. Interest components of the evidence raising the artistic taste. 2. Interest in evidence the fact that teachers, pupils and mutual visits between Riyadh. 3. Topics that match the directory, with the available resources. 4. Compatibility of the directory with the methodology and experience the interactive unit with respect to art education. 5 .Interest skillfully guide children in terms of fees and the use of color . Included sample questions from examinations of Ministers of the substance geographical sixth-grade primary school for five years of study, starting from the academic year (2007) to very (2011) and for the first round has a total stock test scores (5) paper The number of questions test scores reached (6) question and the total branches of the questions and paragraphs (42) branches and paragraph and adopted the researcher honesty virtual is honesty virtual best way to check the veracity of the tests as has been the tool on a number of experts and specialists in educational sciences and psychological measurement and evaluation and teaching methods of their number (6) were obtained stability through an agreement researcher with itself over time for (20) days and the researcher used statistical means which is the percentage, and duplicates, and equation (Cooper) to find a coefficient of stability ..Results showed that there are a number of levels of Bloom's Taxonomy of the three (remember, understand, apply) and represented by (42) questions and a paragraph during the five years of study starting from (20,072,011) and the percentage of recall (47.61%) either understand (38.09 %) The application (14.28%)At the end of the research the researcher presented a number of recommendations1) the need for the Ministry of Education to achieve the budget in the levels of cognitive test scores of questions in a substance geographical sixth-grade primary2) the need for teachers to reduce their focus on the way while teaching Alalqaúah As was the suggestion of Assess levels of knowledge to exam questions in the light of the ministerial analysis questions to Article Geographic sixth-grade primary Carry out a study to find out the difficulties that impede the inclusion of higher cognitive levels of Bloom (analysis, synthesis, evaluation) questions in the test scores and the various stages of study.

Is writing the correct one of the arts Arabic language is an important pillar of the pillars, and is the spelling as a means to measure skill in writing and the measurement of student achievement, and although interest in it but the problem the wrong spelling is one of the problems of language to our students in their journeys, different school, which has led to Come complaints teachers and parents around, this weakness has been attributed in some cases, to the teaching methods used in the teaching of spelling. So study the researcher considered this problem in this research to find out who threw (the impact of a specimen in the collection of Freier grade students in the subject of the second medium spelling) has formulated the following research hypothesis. (There is no difference statistically significant at the level of significance (0.05) between the average scores of students who are studying spelling in model (Fryer) and the average scores of students who are studying spelling in the traditional way). To achieve the objective of this research the researcher chose the experimentally determined a partial set (experimental group and control group), and test me, and was chosen on purpose (Ibn Yunus secondary) in the center of pure / Diyala province to conduct the experiment, and it includes Two divisions of the second grade average, and randomly selected Division (a) to represent the experimental group taught spelling in model Fryer, and the Division (b) to represent the control group taught spelling usual way (standard). The number of members of the research sample (68) students, by (34) students in each group. And rewarded the researcher among the members of the two sets of research using statistical test T (T-test) and chi square in the following variables: Academic achievement for the previous year 2010-2011 m, and chronological age, and previous information in the subject of spelling, and academic achievement of parents) and there were no statistically significant differences between the two sets of research in these variables. The researcher in the application of his experience on the basis of Article teacher training on the steps after a specimen Fryer content based subject which included the four themes of the book spelling to be taught the second grade students for the academic year average (2010 - 2011 AD) and behavioral objectives formulated by himself. Then be prepared achievement test of (30), paragraph spread over three substantive questions. Has been characterized by honesty and firmness after presentation to the group of experts and specialists .After the end of the probationary period applied researcher dimensional achievement test. And after using the test in the treatment of T data statistically, the study resulted in the borders for the result the following: No difference statistically significant at the level of significance (0.05) between the average scores of the experimental group students, and the average degree of students in the control group achievement test for the benefit of the experimental group. In light of the outcome research has been to draw some conclusions from, the Fryer to the way a clear impact in the growth of academic achievement in middle school students in the subject of spelling. The researcher recommended the need to inform teachers of Arabic language to modern strategies in teaching Arabic language, especially such a way studied spelling Fryer. As an extension of this research suggested that the researcher conducting studies similar to this study in other branches or other stages of the study or deal with other variables.

The goal of current research to identify the tool or standard that is used by teachers and teachers of art education in the evaluation of the performance of students in the study of art education. In order to achieve the objective of this research the researcher used the descriptive method, and the research community of teachers and teachers in the province of Diyala and included a sample of the research on teachers and schoolteachers, which lies within the area of the center of Baquba. Following the distribution of the search tool and collect the results, the researcher that there is no tool or a fixed standard agreed upon by the user of the sample in the evaluation of student performance. And recommended that the number of tool or standard by specialists in the field of art education adopted by teachers in evaluating student work.

The research aims to prepare vehicle exercises and the effectiveness of their exercise in the development of focused attention and some motor skills in football, the researcher used the experimental method. The research sample included the second-graders average in the middle of Iraq's (27) student and intentional way due to the cooperation of the school administration candidate tests were used by the experts and after the use of appropriate statistical methods researcher reached conclusions, including: 1- The nature of the exercises selected commensurate with the possibility of the sample, which led to increased motivation to work. 2- appropriate exercise N shares in players ages applied correctly and appropriately and that helped a lot" in the development of focused attention and some motor skills in football. One of the most important recommendations: 1-follow the scientific method when choosing a training exercise of the unit with the observance of the nature and characteristics of the player and taking into account the principle of individual training 2-choice of appropriate exercise for the age group phase of the possibility of performance properly and that helps in the development of motor skills in football
