حول المجلة

تأسست مجلة الفتح في سنة 1997 وكانت تصدرها كلية المعلمين – الجامعة المستنصرية , وبعد تأسيس جامعة ديالى سنة 1999 أصبحت مجلة الفتح تصدر من كلية المعلمين / جامعة ديالى وكانت تعنى بنشر البحوث العلمية والإنسانية والتربوية حيث كانت تصدر بشكل فصلي أي أربعة أعداد في السنة

وقد أصبحت مجلة الفتح منذ تأسيسها مصدر كبير للمعلومات الدقيقة التي كان يستفيد منها الباحثين وطلبة الدراسات العليا إلى يومنا هذا وذلك بسبب حكمة القائمين على إصدارها ورصانتهم العلمية ,وقد تناوب على رئاسة تحرير مجلة الفتح كوكبة من الأساتذة العظام وعمل فيها مجموعة من الموظفين المبدعين , وقد توقفت مجلة الفتح عن إصدار أعدادها بين عامي 2006-2007 وذلك بسبب الظروف الأمنية التي مرت بها المحافظة اظافة إلى استشهاد سكرتير تحرير المجلة في ذلك الوقت (الدكتور حسن احمد مهاوش) رحمه الله.
وبعد استتباب الأمن في محافظة ديالى وعودة الحياة الطبيعية إلى ربوع المحافظة عادت مجلة الفتح بإصدار أعدادها وبحلتها الجديدة وخاصة بعد أن حصلت المجلة على الترقيم الدولي (issn ) وعادت مجلة الفتح لرفد المسيرة العلمية بالبحوث التربوية و النفسية القيمة ففي سنة 2008 وحسب توجيهات الوزارة أصبحت مجلة الفتح مختصة بنشر البحوث التربوية والنفسية فقط.

The research aims to know the effect of the use of concept maps in the Achievement of the fifth grade students in the subject of literary Arabic grammar in secondary school . The researcher was coined following null hypothesis : No statistically significant difference at (0.05) between the average scores of the experimental group students who are studying Arabic grammar using concept maps snd the average degrees of control group students who are studying Arabic grammar in the traditional method in the Achievement of concepts . To investigate objective of this research chose researcher detmined experimentally with control part (experimental group and a control group) and a test Uday . Chose researcher secondary school of Ali Ibn Abi Talib for Boys in the center of Muqdadiya / Diyala province to conduct the experiment, and it includes tow divisions for fifth grade literary, and chose researcher Division (a) to represent the experimental group taught the Arabic grammar concept maps and Division (b) represent the control group, which is considering Arabic grammar in the traditional method , and the number of students in the sample (64) students by (32) for each of the two groups . was conducted parity between students of the two sets of search variables (degrees Arabic for the previous year fourth literary 2010-2011 and chronological age students measured in months and educational attainment of the parents ).The researcher taught students two groups of search himself relying content subject, which included (4) Topics of Arabic grammar book scheduled to be taught fifth grade a literary (case – Excellence- adjective- kindness) for the academic year 2011-2012 . The researcher preparing lesson plans for subjects experience in accordance with the concept maps and traditional method (inductive method) and coined the behavioral objectives . The experiment lasted (6) weeks . Promising researcher test Theselaa be from (30) paragraph of multiple choice type has been characterized by honesty and firmness after presentation to a group of experts and specialists and account stability reapply the test, as well as an account (difficulty coefficient, the power of excellence, effective alternatives wrong). The researcher used statistical methods (T.test, Chi square, Pearson correlation coefficient. Coefficient difficulty paragraph , and the strength of Excellence paragraph and effective alternatives) in the analysis of the results has earned researcher that there is a difference statistically significant between the average scores students the experimental group who are studying Arabic grammar using maps concepts and the average degrees of control group students who are studying Arabic grammar in the traditional method in the Achievement of concepts at (0.05) . favor of the experimental group in the Achievement of the concepts . The researcher recommended that the use of concept maps in teaching fifth grade literary , and suggested conducting similar studies for this study in other branches or other stages of study or deal with other variables

The paper is an abridgement of an M.A. thesis entitled 'Evaluating A COURSE OF ENGLISH FOR THE STUDENTS IN THE COLLEGES OF PHYSICAL EDUCATION and Suggesting a New Up-to-Date One'. The study was carried out by Ahmed Khalis Shalan (first researcher, a member of faculty at the College of Languages/ University of Baghdad/ Iraq) and assist. Prof. Sami Abdul-Aziz Alma'mori (second researcher, a member of faculty at the College of Basic Education/ University of Diyala/ Iraq). The thesis was submitted to the Council of the College of Education/ University of Diyala/ Iraq. It was discussed on January, 16th, 2008 by an appointed committee and was graded as Very Good, and accordingly the researcher was awarded a Master Degree in Education/ Methods of Teaching EFL/ESP. The study is essentially two-dimensional. On the one hand, it targets at evaluating the COURSE OF ENGLISH FOR THE STUDENTS IN THE COLLEGES OF PHYSICAL EDUCATION (henceforth CESCPE), (compiled by Abdul-Razzak & Al-Mufti 1987), to identify, according to certain criteria and through a critical analysis; the extent this supposed ESP course responds the EFL learners needs in the colleges of physical education. On the other hand, the study aims at suggesting an alternative ESP course can respond the learners' needs.

Firstly the study aims at suggesting a special style in preparing, arranging and Teaching the scientific content of "Drawing Geometrical Shapes Perspectivally". Subject as one of the included topics in "Perspective" of the proposed subjects for the second stages in /Plastic arts department/ college of Fine Arts at the University of Suleimani. Secondly it aims at knowing the effect of teaching the content of the subject matter according to the suggested style in order to give the learners opportunity to acquire the skill of drawing geometrical shapes perspectivally in contrast of teaching the same subject according to the proposed style in the curriculum. This researcher prepared the content of the subject completely and could verify its content validity by expressing it to a number of experts. And in order to achieve the second aim of the study the researcher used an experimental design which divided in two groups (experimental and controlling).in which he used the (pre and post test). The sample contained (20) students from both sexes who were (12) males and (8) females form the real sample of the testees who were (59) students, and were randomly chosen for the pilot and the final tests, and the following variables were fixed: (The age, The average mark of the students at first stage, level of cleverness, previous knowledge of the subject, period of application). The researcher designed a skilful test, which composed of (8) practical tests (drawing) type and he verified its content validity, reliability, and items discrimination level, and difficulty level). After applying the test which lasted for a month the marks of the two groups of testees were analysed by using the (t-test) method. The results indicated that the trainee students achieved better than those who were untrained in acquiring drawing the subject , and the statistical difference was (0.01) which is of significance and indicates the success of the suggested style and accuracy in teaching .Consequently a number of suggestions and recommendations were put forward in the light of the finding

This study was conducted in the city of Baquba, and aim of this study was to investigate the reasons for neglecting students sixth preparatory answer questions from Arabic grammar from the perspective of teachers, and includes research community all teachers in junior high school located in the city of Baquba,'s (160) teacher and school by (70) School and (90) (a teacher, and used researcher resolution Open: were asked open to a sample of male and female teachers reached (16) a teacher and a school. As a result of this survey to get a plethora of reasons that have been counted and keep at a clear and important of them and also used questionnaire closed: it was built to identify closed consisting of (15) paragraph concerning teachers based on answers resolution open, and used researcher means the following statistical formula Ca 2 to calculate stability, and the degree of sharpness, and through the results possible reached to get out of the conclusions of the most important: That there was an agreement between male and female teachers that there was a lack of Arabic grammar suffered by students and this weakness is due to the causes and factors. The factors that have served teachers and teachers are: They see that the lack of teaching aids appropriate material led to the low level of students Kzllk preoccupation means entertainment and distraction mind students and poor motivation to continue the study as well as insufficient classes scheduled to complete the curriculum as well as the difficulty of material compared to the ages of the students and other reasons that led to the low level students and there are several recommendations are the responsibility primarily on male and female teachers, the researcher recommends the following: 1 diversity of teaching methods and to ensure the feasibility of each method through the opinion of teachers and the results of the tests effects of puppies 2 make assistance for students who suffer from particular difficulties in understanding the material. 3 confirm that the questions within the subjects and not from outside. 4 provide educational and psychological atmosphere conducive for students to attend constantly and study. 5 respect the efforts of students through their daily and scientific contributions, not just at monthly examinations only 6 open training courses for teachers and teachers of on modern teaching methods, and tactics.

Given the importance of scientific research to find solutions to the problems of individuals and groups and its role in achieving the material welfare and moral, was established research centers in various countries around the world to provide research facilities needed, and encourage scientific research aimed at, is no secret that feeling manifestations progress in some areas attendant sense the emergence of problems in other areas, or the emergence of new problems in the same field and so the cycle continues scientific research . The objective of this research is to identify the reasons for non-Iqbal university students on scientific research and the level of sex and specialization . This study aims at investigating the effectiveness of the lexicon map in developing reading skill to fourth grade students . To achieve the aim of this study the researcher chose randomly sample from (Al-Abara) secondary school which contained to Diyala city ; the sample consisted (59) pupils they are divided into two groups experimental group which contain (30) and control group which contain (29) the experimental group was taught according to the lexicon activity and the control group was taught according to traditional method . The researcher equaled the two samples from the variables (the language degree to the midyear ; the father achievement and the student's age measured in months and the degrees of the language ability) . To measure the pupil's ability of reading the researcher applied test to measure the ability of reading which was taught in the school . After calculating the data and analyzing it statistically by use parson correlation and Chi Square the result showed : 1- The progressing of the experimental group is faster than the progressing in the control group . The result of the research showed the following : 1-Using modern strategy in education to teach reading skill by using map strategy . 2- Training the teachers and supervisors to develop the reding skills . The researcher suggested the following : 1- Making similar study on the fourth primary stage . 2- Making similar study on understanding on the different stages

It was also the language with he inspired his prophet , Muhammed , in the holy revelation . In view of all that , Arabic language became the greatest and most powerful of all the bonds binding not only Arabs , but also Muslims in general. It also offered itself as the best lingua France for all the Arabs to communicate beyond this local dialects. An important duty , that must be fulfilled by all teachers of Arabic is to learn and master the different skill and devices of that language Reading is the first and most important are of these skills since it provides the key to leavening all the other sciences , arts and subjects . Moreover , reading is the basic building block of divergent and advancement. Reading is a hard task which needs a mental recognition and distinction of the graphic forms of words and letters . The different forms and positions in which the better may occur should all be recognized .The problem of the study lies in now to draw a word and recognize its structure which is the major problem faced by pupils. A pupil can read a word without being able to recognize its individual letters or even a single letter sin his own name. Aims of the study: The present study aims at investigating the effect of some teaching procedures on the performance of second primary class female pupils and this ability to structure words in the reading subjects. Hypothesis : There is no statistically significant difference between the performance of girls taught to read by some teaching activities and that of gives taught by the conventional methods.

Results of Search: For the first paragraph was the weighted average has increased by (409.3) and weight percentage (22.85%) The second paragraph is the weighted average has increased by (454.3) and weight percentile (363.86%) and the third paragraph of the middle weighted by (72.3) and weight percentile (818.81%) and paragraph (4, 5.6, 7) was the weighted average rate of (4) and weight percentile (100%) and the eighth paragraph was the weighted average (363.3) and weight percentile (090, 84%) and the ninth paragraph the weighted average rate of (4) and weight percentile (100%) and the tenth paragraph, the weighted average rate (772.3) and weight percentage (38.94%) and paragraph (11.12, 13) the weighted average rate of (4) and weight percentile (100%). The current research aimed to use the model of education and knowledge of its impact in the development of motor skills representation of students in the Department of Art Education / third stage / theater in the material the school / College of Basic Education / University of Diyala, the based on the theory (Cane and Bergz). - The researcher formulated the following hypothesisNo statistically significant differences at the level of (0.05) in the development of skills of representation according to the model proposed between the average scores per research group in pre and post tests. Has consisted of the research group of students from the section mentioned above, and numbered (25) students and using the experimental design with one group with pretest and post test of the skills have been measured performance skills through a form consisting of (5) questions from which to measure (20), paragraph special skills vocal and motor representation on the stage, were measured persistence by assessing a number of experts to form and find reliability coefficient between Tsahaham In comparing the results of statistical researcher used the test Altaúa (T-test) and found that there are differences of statistical significance level (0.05) between the average collection group in the pre and post test of the skills, so the educational model proposed can be relied upon to measure the acquisition of motor skills in the subject of the theater school.

Aimed at the current search to know he teaching methods used in teaching Arabic language for the preparatory phase study was conducted in Iraq ,follow the researcher descriptive method , and questionnaire tool for his research include a questionnaire (18) amethod of teaching used in teaching the Arabic language in middle school by(10) methods for teaching rules, and (8) methods for the teaching of literature and texts, and the questionnaire was distributed to the research sample of (28) teachers ,have shown results after resolution data processed statistically using the law of the percentage and the fisher equation with respect to methods of teaching the rules that the inductive method was the first prize in central weighted(2.321) and weighted percentage (77366) either way the cooperative education came the tenth grade in central weighted (1.235) and weight percentage(44.166). That the way the lecture was the first prize in central weighted (2.429) and weight percentage (80.967) , while the method of exploration came to the place of central casting(1211) and the weight percentage(40.367). Rrsearcher concluded that the findings of several of them not taking care of some teachers to use modern methods in teaching methods. Also recommended the need to use modern teaching methods that contribute to increasing student achievement and increase motivation to learn Arabic. It also suggested several proposals to complement the current study. Asimilar study of the current study in other stages . Astudy to identify the relationship between the modalities of the teachers and the number of variables such as experience and sex workers.
