حول المجلة

تأسست مجلة الفتح في سنة 1997 وكانت تصدرها كلية المعلمين – الجامعة المستنصرية , وبعد تأسيس جامعة ديالى سنة 1999 أصبحت مجلة الفتح تصدر من كلية المعلمين / جامعة ديالى وكانت تعنى بنشر البحوث العلمية والإنسانية والتربوية حيث كانت تصدر بشكل فصلي أي أربعة أعداد في السنة

وقد أصبحت مجلة الفتح منذ تأسيسها مصدر كبير للمعلومات الدقيقة التي كان يستفيد منها الباحثين وطلبة الدراسات العليا إلى يومنا هذا وذلك بسبب حكمة القائمين على إصدارها ورصانتهم العلمية ,وقد تناوب على رئاسة تحرير مجلة الفتح كوكبة من الأساتذة العظام وعمل فيها مجموعة من الموظفين المبدعين , وقد توقفت مجلة الفتح عن إصدار أعدادها بين عامي 2006-2007 وذلك بسبب الظروف الأمنية التي مرت بها المحافظة اظافة إلى استشهاد سكرتير تحرير المجلة في ذلك الوقت (الدكتور حسن احمد مهاوش) رحمه الله.
وبعد استتباب الأمن في محافظة ديالى وعودة الحياة الطبيعية إلى ربوع المحافظة عادت مجلة الفتح بإصدار أعدادها وبحلتها الجديدة وخاصة بعد أن حصلت المجلة على الترقيم الدولي (issn ) وعادت مجلة الفتح لرفد المسيرة العلمية بالبحوث التربوية و النفسية القيمة ففي سنة 2008 وحسب توجيهات الوزارة أصبحت مجلة الفتح مختصة بنشر البحوث التربوية والنفسية فقط.

The research aims to determine the level communication skills for workers in the agricultural extension in the Kurdistan region generally .And determine the level of these skills in the scopes of: (speaking, listening, reading, communication is verbal, humanistic, using methods and means in Extension) ,and then compare those skills and arranged according to the level that they have them., As well as determine the relationship between the level of communication skills for agricultural extension workers and the variables of. (age, specialty, level of education, duration of work in jobs, work full time in extension, the confidence to work of agriculture extension and, the attitude towards extension) and determine the relationship of those skills, inter independent factors. The researcher used descriptive approach to achieving the goals of the research. Questionnaire was prepared through several stages to ensure their final form on (83) paragraph was used to determine the level of these skills through scale by six levels. Population of research included all extension workers in all provinces of Kurdistan region who were (209). Random sample was selected from them percentage 71% , the number of respondents (150) . Data was collected by using a questionnaire in during the personal interview. Data analysis by Using (SPSS) statistical software .The results revealed that the level of communication skills of workers in the agricultural extension was middle tends to decline. The result showed also significant correlation between the level of those skills and all of the variables (age, level of education, the attitude towards extension) and not significant for each of the variables (duration of work in jobs, work full time in extension and confidence to work in extension) The research recommended to more interest to development those skills through training courses in the scopes of communication skills, and there are needs for diversity of communication methods for development of those skills

The ESP courses essentially emerged all over the world as a discipline to fulfill the needs of the learners who want to learn English to communicate the outward people in different purposes. As so the ESP course is designed to be sufficient in terms of quality and quantity to obtain the aim to which it is designed. In Iraq, for example, we do have a certain ESP course entitled Introduction to the Study of Law" by Dr. Riyadh Al-Qaysi published in 1967 as an example used in teaching the first year students in Colleges and departments of law. The course adopted some aspects and terms related to the study of law. The target of this study is to evaluate the above mentioned ESP course in order to reveal whether it is sufficient in contents and performance, and to find out to which extent the Iraqi law students in present time utilize from the current outdated ESP course which had been published in 1967, i.e. after 46 years. It is well-known that Iraq had passed different changes since 1967 up till now starting from the change of the political of the Iraqi regime after 1968, different sever wars, the economical blockade, the American occupation, again the change of the Iraqi political regime after 2003, the security deteriorating, the fewness of working and employing chances, the spread of the worldly communication means especially Internet, etc. The researcher thinks that these changes may affect the Iraqi tongue, mood and attitudes towards learning in general and towards ESP course in particular. The researcher embodied the problem of the study in three diminutions: 1) the outdated of this course that is not suit the modern methods, 2) the non-submission of this course to the different changes since 1967, and 3) the contents of this course do not achieve the aim of communication because it is originally a translated version from Arabic text to be studied in Arabic not in English. The researcher used an interview, a questionnaire and a test as instruments to fulfill the requirements of the study. According to the findings, the researcher suggested an alternative course that corresponds with real needs of the students depending on the basic standards in designing the ESP courses.

The research aims to know the effect of the use of programmed instruction in the Achievement of the first-grade students in the subject of the rules of literary Arabic grammar in Intermediate schools. To achieve the aim of the research the researcher was coined following null hypothesis "there is no statistically significant difference at the level of (0.05) between the average student achievement scores studying Arabic grammar in a way that programmed instruction and average student achievement scores studying Arabic grammar in the traditional method (inductive). The limits of research are: 1 - School of boys Intermediate schools in the city of Muqdadiya 2 - first intermediate-grade students for the academic year 2011 2012 3 - Programming three subjects of the Arabic grammar book for the first grade. The researcher chose Al- Hamza Intermediate school boys by deliberate and chose also by deliberate tow groups Division (a) to represent the experimental group and the number of students (43) students and Division (b) to represent the control group and the number of students (43) students also. The researcher made an Qualification between students experimental and control groups in the following variables: (scores of students in the first month exam in Arabic grammar and chronological age students measured in months and educational attainment of the parents). Studied the experimental group three subjects of Arabic grammar after the researcher programmed them, either the control group has studied the same subjects in the traditional method (inductive), after the researcher prepared lesson plans for subjects experience. Promising researcher achievement test are from (30) paragraph of multiple choice type has been characterized by honesty and consistency has lasted for experiment (5) weeks After analyzing the results, the researcher obtained a statistically significant difference between the average scores of the experimental group who study the Arabic grammar by programmed instruction and control group students who are studying Arabic grammar in the traditional method (inductive) in achievement at the level of (0.05) and in favor of the students the experimental group. Researcher recommended a set of recommendations, including other topics in the programming Arabic grammar in other classes, and suggested the researcher conducting studies similar to this study in other branches and other stages of study and deal with other variables

According to the social , political, economical and intellectual-ideological crises and conflicts that the Iraqi society went through after the seizure in 2003, there are many problems appeared in the society some including the intellectual side and it effects on its way of thinking and its cultural view used to deal with different issues along with its reactions towards these issues, some of these afflict with its subsistence side in the economical changes that happened to its income wether these changes were the ones that (relatively) modified its economical state specially for people who work in different government institutions to other difficulties that deprived many university graduates from having a chance to work inside or outside the governmental sector, and they now are a wide and increasing section, they are the educated unemployed young people section. This research aimed to study the prejudice and its relation to the social identity and status of the unemployed people , therefore three measurements were built and applied on a sample of (400) male and female recipient who are unemployed university graduates in Diyala province, and the research came up with the following results : 1- The unemployed people have a high level of prejudice positive social identity and a feeling of a low social status. 2- There are no differences with a statistical indication between males and females when it comes to the prejudice social identity and the social status . 3- There is relationship between the prejudice and the social identity and the social status . 4- There is positive relationship between the prejudice ,the social identity and the social status . And according to these results the research came up with some recommendations and suggestions

This study aimed at identifying the beliefs of Arabic teachers of the public schools of South Shonah ‘s directorate of Education regarding the profession of teaching and the extent of the relation between these beliefs and the teachers’ skills of teaching . the sample of the study consisted of (28) teachers; (17) represented the level of the high studies and (11) represented bachelor level. To answer the questions of the study ,the researcher used the observation card of the skills of teaching and the measurement of the Arabic teachers’ beliefs towards the teaching profession . The validity and reliability of these tools were asserted. The results indicated that there were significant differences at the level of significance (α=0.05) between the bachelor level and the high studies’ level( methods of teaching )in the beliefs towards the teaching profession in favor of the high studies’ level. And it also showed that there were no significant differences at the level of significance (α = 0.05) in the first three skills in the bachelor level between all of the teachers of the bachelor level and between their peers of the high studies’ level. And finally it showed that the Correlation coefficient between the teachers’ beliefs and their teaching skills was strong and statically significant at the level of the significance (α = 0.05). The study provided several recommendations.

The study was conducted at AL- Durar secondary school in Baquba – Diyala governorate . It focuses on the Effect of additional reading of the poems on the achievement of first intermediate students in composition . The sample consists of (44) female students studying poems and (20) female students studying compositions by traditional approach . The researchers parallel between two groups (fixed & experiment )on the following variants. The average of sixth primary class and the educational degree of the parents. The experiment was applied at the beginning of the academic year 2008-2009 and continued for the whole course. On of the researchers taught each group students six topics and at the end of the experiment she made the students sit for alater test on aunified topic for both groups to write on . she depended on Al –Hashimi criteria on scoring students writings. The results showed that there was no statistically significant difference at level (0,05)

Expressing ideas is of the most important purposes of linguistic studies and literary and mastering it is an end in itself which reflects the unity of language because it is the final outcome of each branch of Arabic language. It is the template on which the man pours all of his thoughts, feelings, sensations and opinions which means understanding between people and a means present their ideas and their feelings, especially if it has been taught using various mental activities that help to understand and absorb it and then properly applied it orally and in writing. Therefore, the goal of the current research is identify the impact of the use of mental activators in the development of linguistic wealth of primary fourth grade students in the written expression and to achieve the aim of the research the researcher imposed the following null hypothesis: there is no statistically significant difference at 0.05 between the average scores of the experimental group that is taught the written expression using mental activators and average scores of the control group, which is taught the same material using the traditional approach. The researcher followed the experimental method to verify the goal of the research and chose the research community and sample using the simple random manner. Before the application of experience , the researcher balanced between the two sets of the research experimental and control groups in some of the variables that she thought it would have a direct impact on the course of the experiment. The researcher taught the two groups of students by herself using a set of statistical methods, including T- Test for the two independent groups , chi square, standard deviation and variance. At the end of the experiment the researcher reached the following results: There is statistically significant difference at a significance level of 0.05 between the average scores of the experimental group that were taught the written expression using doping substances and the average scores of the control group, which is considering the same article using the traditional method for the experimental group. In light of these results the researcher suggests the following recommendations including 1.Confirm the importance of the use of doping substances because of their interest in confining the attention of students in expressing themselves in writing . 2.The need to provide a rich environment of different doping mental of: stories, colorful pictures, drawings, etc. when teaching branches of the Arabic language and in particular the subject of wriiten expression being the material through which the student embodies what is inside him into meaning and thoughts. The most important suggestions concluded by the researcher are as follows: . Conduct a similar study of the current subject on other grade.1 2.Conduct a similar study of the current subject using other mental dopings 3.Conduct a similar study of the current subject on other academic subject.

The aim of the current research is to answer these questions, first, what are the reasons for the reluctance of students for university libraries, and does vary by grade and sex . The sample consisted of (160) students from the Faculty of Basic Education / University of Diyala evenly distributed on the four sections seminar is (educational counseling, English, history, mathematics) and gender (boys, girls) and the first phase and the fourth, was used means appropriate statistical test chi square for a single sample, and chi square test for independent samples emerged as the differences in the seven reasons, four of which were in favor of students first stage as the belief of some students that textbooks sufficient for success as well as the lack of desire among some students to complete their studies while the other three in favor of i Huelva fourth stage of the mismatch adoption questions test scores oral and written only on the textbook as well as some faculty students to write reports As regards males and females have been shown that males differ from females in determining the reasons for their reluctance to frequenting the libraries where it appeared that there are eight reasons function including four Wissal h males such as not providing the desire among some students sections that attributed to it, as well as the lack of scientific conferences, and four reasons for females than some believe that sufficient textbooks for success, and the difficulty of adapting to a college atmosphere In light of the results of the current search out proposals and recommendations, the researcher, it proposals, sequential studies for such a important issue in h life student and professor because libraries of mutual interest as well as the study of the relationship of these variables phenomenon other Kalthesel and ambition and desire to specialize . The recommendations mismatch interest in the library in terms of building and utilities.

The researcher used the experimental approach on a sample of (20) students from middle school, has reached the modules selected 12 units, and the time of each educational unit is (90) d, while in Chapter IV have been presented results in tabular form and then analyzed and discussed in a manner supported in promoting scientific findings of the scientific researcher sources researcher has used appropriate statistical methods. In light of the results that have been reached researcher conclude the following: - 1- that the method of random positive impact on the process of learning some motor skills in football. In light of the findings, the researcher recommended the following: - 1-emphasis on the use of style (random) to learn the skills of other football and different ages. 2-conducting similar research in various other games 3 - To study the impact of other educational methods in learning the basic skills of football
