حول المجلة

تأسست مجلة الفتح في سنة 1997 وكانت تصدرها كلية المعلمين – الجامعة المستنصرية , وبعد تأسيس جامعة ديالى سنة 1999 أصبحت مجلة الفتح تصدر من كلية المعلمين / جامعة ديالى وكانت تعنى بنشر البحوث العلمية والإنسانية والتربوية حيث كانت تصدر بشكل فصلي أي أربعة أعداد في السنة

وقد أصبحت مجلة الفتح منذ تأسيسها مصدر كبير للمعلومات الدقيقة التي كان يستفيد منها الباحثين وطلبة الدراسات العليا إلى يومنا هذا وذلك بسبب حكمة القائمين على إصدارها ورصانتهم العلمية ,وقد تناوب على رئاسة تحرير مجلة الفتح كوكبة من الأساتذة العظام وعمل فيها مجموعة من الموظفين المبدعين , وقد توقفت مجلة الفتح عن إصدار أعدادها بين عامي 2006-2007 وذلك بسبب الظروف الأمنية التي مرت بها المحافظة اظافة إلى استشهاد سكرتير تحرير المجلة في ذلك الوقت (الدكتور حسن احمد مهاوش) رحمه الله.
وبعد استتباب الأمن في محافظة ديالى وعودة الحياة الطبيعية إلى ربوع المحافظة عادت مجلة الفتح بإصدار أعدادها وبحلتها الجديدة وخاصة بعد أن حصلت المجلة على الترقيم الدولي (issn ) وعادت مجلة الفتح لرفد المسيرة العلمية بالبحوث التربوية و النفسية القيمة ففي سنة 2008 وحسب توجيهات الوزارة أصبحت مجلة الفتح مختصة بنشر البحوث التربوية والنفسية فقط.

:Abstract : The measurements of the physical aspects of the job and the data in the mathematical study of phenomena and by which they can predict several important aspects in the field of sports Kalada skill or level of achievement as well as the main objective and it is important to study a selection of athletes and customize the type Hits practice . The study came to the subject of research to find a relationship between the level of some measurements of physical performance and skill beating overwhelming badminton , which is one of the most important skills of offensive badminton representing the research problem under study . I suppose the researchers that there is no significant relationship statistically significant between some measurements of physical and accuracy of performance skill beating overwhelming badminton and researcher used the descriptive manner relations connectivity for suitability nature of the research, as the study was conducted on a number of players Diyala province to the youth and adult population ( 16) for the player , it was chosen (10) players way intentional then was extracted simple correlation coefficient (Pearson ) between measurements of physical thoughtful and accurate performance skill beating overwhelming badminton , and the most important conclusions of the researcher is the presence of correlation morale among some measurements of physical and accuracy of performance skill beating landslide badminton , According to the results showed researcher recommended that the selection of players according to these measurements for badminton , as well as training to find alternatives to compensate for the imbalance caused by a lack of accuracy in measurements of physical performance skill mentioned .

Abstract The majority of EFL students face difficulties in writing composition which reflect negatively on their exam results . The researcher has noticed this problem and decided to trace the difficulties they face in order to put an end to them or at least to minimize them ; therefore , a questionnaire was designed and exposed to a jury of (12) specialists in EFLT . Then , the final version was distributed randomly to a sample from the fifth grade from four secondary schools in Baquba : (142) students from the scientific branch and (117) students from the literary branch . The data obtained were processed statistically . Then , the conclusions have been made on the basis of the findings , and the recommendations have been drawn . The research is of great use for EFL teachers especially for those who are novice .

The organization of the school environment elements and their components in according to the educational goals of the school community and the nature of learning and learner leads to harmony and consensus among the members of the school community . The significance of current research emphasizes on the practices of school management and the extent of concerning with the requirements of implementation and follow-up from the viewpoints of educational staff. The Problem of Research It lies through the following question - Is the school administration interested in following up the implementation of the educational goals of the school environment ? The Aim of Research - Finding out the practices of school management through put attention in implementation and following-up of the educational goals of the primary stage . Chapter Two : It includes the concepts of school management, environmental practices, characteristics and objectives of the primary stage. Chapter Three: It confines to the field procedures of current research. Chapter Four: It limits to the results interpretation. Chapter Five:It restricts to a number of conclusions and recommendations.

Abstract : Cancer disease is regarded as one of the diseases that psychologically have a devastating impact on the patient besides it is physically dangerous. This word, cancer disease, always conjures up fears of death, destruction, suffering, disfigurement, and depression. It also leads to anxiety and stress for the patient and those around him / her such as family and relatives. Accordingly, it is necessary to study this disease and take it into consideration. The researcher, throughout her interviews with thirteen infected women of breast cancer, has noticed that the psychological condition and moral resistance against the disease and the extent of their interaction with the course of life, differ from one case to another in terms of how they have self-efficacy or their hope positively towards life, helps them to resist the disease and respond to the therapy more, as well as not to concern abnormally about the things that frustrate their efficacy and hope in life. The importance of self-efficacy and hope are manifested here, as through their role in developing the individual’s personality and achieving goals in a healthy, and safe manner and protecting one self from the risks that she / he encounter whether the problems or illness are psychological or physical,through their reflections in cneating healthy trends towards personality and enhance its coherent survival in health and disease. . This affects them physically as well as psychologically. The importance of studying these combined variables becomes obvious here for us, particularly among infected women of breast cancer due to the impact of each of these variables on the patient’s psychological condition, which affect negatively their health. In the present study, the researcher aims at identifying the following: 1. Levels of the two variables: self-efficacy, hope, for the sample as a whole, and according to the therapy, chemotherapy or radiotherapy. 2. Significans of the differences in the levels of self-efficacy, hope according to: marital status, city. 3- The correlation relation between each of the self-efficacy, hope, and each of: age, duration of illness, and academic achievement. The community of the present research consists of the infected women with breast cancer in the hospitals of Erbil and Sulaymaniyah provinces who were (397) infected women in 2013. The researcher has taken (150) infected women as a sample for the research. In order to achieve the objectives of the research, the researcher has developed two instruments: the first one for measuring hope, while for measuring the self-efficacy the researcher has used Al-Ataby’s Scale (2012). After the confirmation of the psychometric properties (i.e. validity, reliability and discrimination) of the two scales, the researcher has applied them on the research sample and yielded the data that have been treated statistically for the following results: 1. The level of self-efficacy and hope was low the women undergoing chemotherapy while the result was the opposite with that undergoing radio therapy. 2. There is no significant difference in the (self-efficacy, hope) according to marital status, while on the provinces level the self-efficacy was high in erbil. 4- The correlation relationship is negative between self-efficacy and each of age and illness duration, and is positive between self efficacy and academic achievement, and is positive between feeling of guilt and each of age and duration of the illness, and is negative between feeling of guilt and academic achievement. Finally, in light of the results the researcher has put forward a set of recommendations and proposals for further studies

Abstract: This paper aims to know the effect of the multiplex means in developing the technical expression of the fifth primary class. To a chive the only paper aim , the two researchers put the zero hypothesis which says that there are no differences with signification hint at the level ( 0,05 ) in the technical expression among the pupils of the fifth primary class in the pre and post tests. The researchers choose the research society who are pupils of fifth primary class in Baquba centre. Randomally , they choose the Methaq primary school to be the sample of the research. They choose section A who are 30 male and female pupils to be the experiential group and the only one for the research. They apply the technology of multiplex means in subject of drawing. The tool of the research is the tool of ( Al- Salihi , 2005 ). They ensure its credibility. After collecting the results statistically by using the program ( SPSS ), of K square . It is shown that all the scopes and details are statistically expect the following scopes and details : the number of earth line in the perspective , the shapes and subjects , the shape movement and harmony. The two researchers has reach eel to the following conclusions :- 1- The multiplex means leads to clear enhancing in the technical expression of pupils . 2- There is a clear developing in most of the scopes of the technical expressions because of leaving the followed means . 3- Developing the multiplex means with the followed means . 4- Pupils prove a good ability in using the multiplex means post while their weak pre and this is an important thing in their future and technical culture. The Recommendations and suggestions. 1- Inputting the technical means in teaching drawing for primary stages. 2- Inputting the teaches of drawing in practicing courses for using the multiplex means in drawing. Suggestions :- The two researchers suggest making studies to use the multiplex means in other ages in childhood.

Abstract : The children's drawings of important areas in the field of art education , and the multiplicity of their studies depending on the frame of reference for every researcher , which contributed to the diversity of the theses . Study aimed to identify the characteristics of the current fees for primary school students, male and female age (11 years) . Set up study on a sample of students, grades fifth elementary age (11 years) in Baquba, as I took the sample from (School of the Arabian Peninsula and the school ferry and school mixed Baquba ) by (100) students and (100) pupil , took the random method has been promised this sample to study the basic , while at the same time I took another sample of students for the survey were enumerated (50) pupils by (25 ) for each of them , the procedures used in the validity and reliability of the tool. Used in the study a single tool is (analysis tool children's drawings) prepared by (Hassan , 2005) and the category of the same age , as used in the completion of her studies tagged ( effective teamwork in the development of the properties of fees students the primary stage) . Study reached several conclusions, including : the children's drawings distinctive characteristics appeared Repeat 50 % or more , as well as the existence of differences between the fees males and females in (4) properties are: in the figure : ( zoom in, zoom out) , details of forms : ( many , few ) and concluded the researcher several conclusions , including: the fees for primary school pupils distinctive characteristics agreed with what was written in this age group by far , and recommended a number of recommendations including: attention to art education classes for this subject of importance in the levels of education in general and especially the primary stage . Abstract : The idea of training ground sand as resistance training , as show its importance through the difficulty of movement on the floor of sand , which produces due to increased relative movement between the grains of sand, dry non- cohesive , forcing the player to exert more force and effort to overcome this difficulty in movement , and lies this importance in determining the coefficient of friction which is less on the surface ( ground ) compared to the sandy surfaces ( ground ), herbal , and this in turn requires a double effort from player to overcome this resistance . As a result of the lack of studies and research on the exercises on the sand , so it felt a researcher to do in a study to identify the impact of training ( sandy lands ) in the development of some of the physical abilities of young football players .

It was the research community of students from the Institute of Fine Arts for the academic year 2013-2014 The research sample consistsf( 120 ) students were randomly selected simple and adopted the search test standardized tool has been the results showed that there was no correlation between the level of artistic taste and academic achievement among students in the light of these findings , the researcher recommended the use of a measure of artistic taste , which was used in the search current students in the admission of applicants to the Institute of Fine Arts for Girls in Diyala

Abstract : The aim of current research is to build a tool for quality standards for mathematics books at the primary stage , and to achieve this aim, the researchers built a research tool and presented to a group of experts and they concluded same results and this tool is considered as a measure of the quality standards for mathematics books at the primary stage and this measure consists of five main levels( preparation and authored of the book , content and the subject , methods of displaying content , the overall shape of a book and art direction ,evaluation questions ) and It consists of ( 96 ) items and these items have been adopted ,and the researchers recommended a number of recommendations, including , the use of the tool in the evaluation of mathematics books for the primary stage ,the interest in the development of mathematics curricula in the light of the quality standards , and are experimenting new curricula before they are applied , and the necessity of taking the opinions of teachers when changing the curriculum.

Abstract : The current research aims to identify: - The degree of the coping skill for the distinguished students. - differences functional in the coping skill according to two variables, gender (males, females) and the class (second and third intermediate). The research sample consisted of (400) male and female students from the second and the third classes of the Intermediate schools of the distinguished students and they were selected by the random stratified method within the General Education Directorates at Baghdad and Diyala Provinces The researcher also constructed a scale for measuring the coping skill based on the theory of Lazarus and Folkmann (1984) and the psychometric properties of this scale such as validity (logic, face, and constructing) and reliability have been obtained by the method of testing and retesting and were (0.83), and (0.81) by using the equation of Alpha-Coronbach. During the assessment of the scale and after deleting (4) items, the scale was consisting of (39) items. In order to analyze the data, the researcher used the following statistical methods: Chi-square, Pearson correlation coefficient, Alpha-Cronbach coefficient, , T-test for one sample, T-test for two independent samples. The results of the study were as follows: 1- The students in the study sample have a coping skill which is higher than that of the society to which they belong. 2- The coping skill does not depend on the gender (male, female) or on the class (second, third intermediate).

Abstract : The current research aims to find out : "Trends Arabic language teachers about the teaching of creative expression for fifth grade science ." In order to achieve the goal of research researcher adopted a descriptive approach , and this requires identifying the research community overall , an Arabic language teachers in middle and high schools in the district center of Baquba, in Diyala province , the Republic of Iraq , bringing the number of teachers within the research community (48) a teacher. The search tool was a building scale to measure attitudes of teachers towards the teaching of expression , have been extracted characteristics Alsekoumtria of scale as has been applied to his image preliminary , consisting of ( 31) paragraph on (18) as a teacher , and after extracting the honesty virtual , and structural , and the stability of the scale has been deleted five paragraphs of the scale , and thus is ready for application to the entire research community , with the exception of sample statistical analysis . The results showed a weakness in the direction of Arabic language teachers towards teaching in the expression (18) paragraph , of the items of the scale , compared to (8) represented by the strength of vertebrae . The researcher reached the following conclusions : 1- The weak trends toward teachers substance of expression , a real problem to be addressed . 2- There is a clear neglect of expression within the research community , and must stand in front of him . 3- there is a group of old and new reasons have led to these trends weak , to be diagnosed . The researcher 's recommendations are: 1- The need to adopt the results of this research to address the weak trends toward teachers teaching speech. 2- starting in addressing the problem of poor students in the material expression , addressing the problem of teachers' attitudes toward him twice . 3- the adoption of high-quality programs in addressing the problem of poor attitudes of teachers towards teaching expression. And an update of the current research suggests researcher conducting subsequent studies , as follows : 1- a similar study for the middle school and all ranks . 2- a similar study to measure attitudes of teachers and students at the secondary level and in full. 3- A study of the cognitive level of a university teacher preparation for teaching the course , and stand at the results.

The researcher’s aim of this research is to find: 1- The effectiveness of the educational program according to the generative learning model as an application of the (Vygotsky) theory in the development of health behavior among the students at the University of Salahaddin /Erbil. 2- To verify the effectiveness of the educational program in the development of health behavior among the students at the University of Salahaddin /Erbil. The aims will be achieved by confirming that: a- There are no statistically significant differences at the level of significance (0.05) between the mean scores of the experimental group in health behavior questionnaire before and after the application of the educational program. b- There are no statistically significant differences at the level of significance (0.05) between the mean scores of pre and post measurement of the control group in the questionnaire for the health behavior when they are not subjected to the educational program. c- There are no statistically significant differences at the level of significance (0.05) between the mean scores of the experimental group with the control group members in health behavior questionnaire after the application of the educational program. d- The educational program does not have achieved its effects in development of health behavior among members of the experimental group in both pre and post applications. This research is limited to the level III students at the University of Salahaddin /Erbil - College of Education / Department of Educational and Psychological Sciences / section educational and psychological counseling, for the academic year (2012 - 2013). In order to achieve the goals of the present research, the researcher has used the structural and the experimental methods. The total number of samples was (58) students (Male and female). Samples were divided into two groups, the experimental group that composed (29) students and the control group that was consisted of (29) students. The two groups were then equalized in a number of variables (health behavior, life span, level of achievement, the academic achievement of parents, the academic achievement for mothers, the level of intelligence, and the weekly lecture schedule). Then, the researcher built an educational program to develop variable (health behavior) according to the model of learning generative as an application of the (Vygotsky) theory. After that, he showed the program to a group of experts and specialists in the field of education and psychology to ensure the efficiency of the program. The number of sessions were (8) and the duration of each session was (45 minutes) with two sessions per week. After that, the researcher built a questionnaire to measure variable (behavioral health). This was performed by preparing the items and basically formulating them by taking advantage from the previous scoping, standards & surveys studies and literature, as well as personal interviews with medical specialists in the field of health. The questionnaire of health behavior was then presented to a group of experts and specialists in the fields of education, psychology and medical specialists in the field of health and community for the extraction of sincerity rational for both (honesty content and honesty virtual), as well as the extraction of honesty constructivist through the force account excellence manner of two extremes sets ‘the upper and the lower group’. The ratio of each item was found and then calculated in relation to the total score of the questionnaire and the test. The rates of stability for each of the measurements were then found by (retesting, retail midterm or internal consistency, and alpha Cronbach). The score for the reliability coefficient manner for the retest was (0.92), and the way retail midterm (0.89), and Cronbach's alpha (0.89). The final “total” score for the health behavior questionnaire was (74) items. Finally, health behavior questionnaire ready for application. The statistical tests that have been used in the current research were (Pearson correlation coefficient and the Spearman-Brown equation, and the equation of Cronbach's alpha, and the t-test for means interconnection, and t-test for two independent samples, and the equation of Black). The researcher used the bag Statistical Social Sciences (SPSS) and software (NCSS) for this purpose. This research has reached the following results: 1- There were statistically significant differences at the level of significance (0.05) between the mean scores of the experimental group in health behavior questionnaire before and after the application of the educational program for the benefit of the post application. 2- There were no statistically significant differences at the level of significance (0.05) between the mean scores of pre and post measurement of the control group in the health behavior questionnaire when they were not exposed to the educational program. 3- Statistically significant differences were found at the level of significance (0.05) between the mean scores of the experimental group with the control group members in the health behavior questionnaire after the application of the educational program for the benefit of the experimental group. 4- Effective use of educational program in the development of the level of health behavior, and that the experimental group students have benefited from the educational program. Finally, as a result of the research a number of conclusions, suggestions and recommendations are submitted.

Research Summary: This study aimed to analyze geometry topics included in the books of mathematics middle school grades (1-3) in Iraq in light of the standards (NCTM) has been adopted, the researcher descriptive analytical method, as analyzed geometry topics included in the books mentioned by content analysis tool (as a tool for the study), which was built on the basis of standards (NCTM), and consisted only of books of mathematics in these rows above sample study of geometry topics, and the researcher used the percentages and frequencies statistically as treatments, the study concluded that the degree of availability of standards (NCTM) in geometry topics included books math middle school in Iraq, ranging from medium and low and that some of the criteria did not find her location appears, has recommended a researcher in the light of these findings to the need to build a platform geometry in accordance with international standards for each stage of education and dissemination of these standards on the administrators and teachers of mathematics through courses and workshops in order to develop and improve the curriculum in middle stage

Abstract The aims of the study: This current study aims at knowing: 1. The children and teenagers' perception of the social schemas (aggressive behavior) according to the age variable. 2. The children and teenagers' perception for the social schema (withdrawn behavior) according to the age variable. 3. The significance of statistical differences in the children and teenagers' perception of the social schemas (the aggressive behavior) according to the age and gender variable. 4. The significance of statistical differences in the children and teenagers perception of the social schema (withdrawn behavior) according to the age and gender variables. The samples of the study: The samples of the study consists of (120) child and teenager , (60) children (male and female) from the primary school and (60) teenager (male and female)from the intermediate schools , drown from Diyala General Directorate of Educational to include the ages (6-7 , 8-9 , 10-11 , 12-13) years. The instruments of the study: The achieve of the aims of the study , two instrument has been constructed , the first one for measuring the children and teenagers' perception for the social schema (the aggressive behavior child) and (nine) behavioral items chosen randomly from the characteristics which describe the aggressive behaviors to hypo the tic ally describe a boy with aggressive behavior. Face validity has been assured by exposing it to a jury members of experts in education and psychology. Reliability has been calculated by test - retest method , the correlation coefficient is (0.80) and correlation coefficient of scoring is (0.82). The second instrument has been constructed for measuring the children and teenagers' perception of the social schemas (the withdrawn behavior) and it is a photo of withdrawal child and (nine) behavioral items which has been chosen randomly from the characteristics which describe the withdrawal behavior to hypothelically describe a boy of withdrawal behavior. Face validity has been assured and reliability has been calculated by test - retest method. Correlation coefficient is (0.82) and scoring correlation coefficient is (0.83) by using t-test for one sample and variance as a statistical mean , the researcher has come to the following conclusions: 1. Specialization for scientific and humanitarian and both types (males - females) and all grades for the academic year (2013-2014) , The results showed that the research sample possess the habits of study and use them when dealing with their subjects . As well as the research sample of females follow the habits of study more than males, where the results showed that there are statistically significant differences in academic achievement between the research sample according to the gender variable, The research sample also has a lively conscience is low, the reluctance to be high for the students has a lively conscience is low, Compared with their relatives who have high vitality conscience . Who dropped the degree of reluctance . and There are no differences between males and females in the degree of reluctance . That there is a negative correlation between the function of study habits and motivation toward achievement and reluctance , Which shows the greater use of study habits decreased reluctance

During the stage of general teaching . scholars faced these problems ,a lot of solutions had been propounded . some of them contributed in manipulating lots of problems. While some solutions were not even left the library shelves . to manipulate the issue of miss memorize the literature texts . after the weakness in teaching such texts clearly out break . Associated with the disability of teachers of testing such Items and their disability of memorizing , save and feed back the literature items . the scholar proceed a scholastic , descriptive and analytical monograph continued over two years . he tried within this monograph his new proposal method which he has been proceed due to a self educational experiences before It been summarized in this search . the search sample was consisted of five students of the fifth and sixth grade primary school, two fifth grade students and three one of the sixth grade . the scholar taught in the first year the fifth grade students while he taught the sixth grade students in the second year . the scholar good was proposing a new method in memorizing the literature texts and he suggested It’s a name of ( signs method ) . the scholar showed in has search a number of previous monograph which handled the literature texts and ways of memorizing them which were the monograph of Zaqut 2004 , al abidi monograph 2007 , Bridge monograph 2011 ,al masari monograph 2012 , and al Zuhairi monograph 2013 . before starting the monograph the scholar achieved some preparatory procedures represented by ; 1-Determining the scientific materials . 2 - Determining the lyrical tune for each texts and some other staff determined by the searcher due to the text. Supposed to be learned such as images , paints . 3 – prepare the methods equipments . 4 – Guides the learners concerning some procedures that will be determined such as using the sense or acting or chanting or other skills. 5 – teach the learners some rules of reading skill according to feed back style ( aiming improve the reading and repetition ) . Then the searcher proved the steps of the suggested method which is mentioned below ; 1 – Read the text according to the feedback style . 2 - choral reading according to the feedback style with repetition . 3 – Individual reading by the students due to the feedback style or associated with the tune suggested by the searcher which are taken from folklore and feeding the learners by necessary sings by the searcher . 4 – Repetition using repetition law for learning . 5 – ( choral feedback ) or ( choral singing ) . After that the searcher apply his suggested method showing a sample of the poem ( our identity ) of the fifth primary grade as example to show the router of the memorizing process due to this method . then at the end the searcher found out the following conclusions . 1 – the method is very feasible and the students being satisfied with it . 2 – the learners in this age tend to the tunes and the feedback reading style . 3 – Repetition law has a great effect on learning and memorizing . Recommendations 1 – Experimenting the method by other searchers . 2 – Evaluating the text books of the primary study especially the literature text books according to modern educational criteria . 3 - Pay attention to the applicative side of teachers preparing . Then the searcher supposed conducting a new monographs to reinforce the current one .

The research aims to: 1 - Learn about the impact of the use of ( Merle - tension )model in the concepts of art history students at the Institute of Fine Arts for Girls / Studies morning – Baghdad 2 - Learn about the impact of the use of ( Merle - tension ) model in the retention of the concepts of art history students at the Institute of Fine Arts for Girls / Studies morning – Baghdad The research follows the experimental method for the two experimental and control groups to suite the partial suitability with the research procedure , the research contains (50) samples students from the fourth grade - Institute of Fine Arts for Girls morning study / province of Baghdad , examined the experimental group of art history through four lesson plans built in accordance with the model ( Merle - tension ) , while the control group has studied the same material with the normal method a cognitive achievement test has been built to measure the effectiveness of the model in the students acquisition of the concepts of art history and the retention of these concepts .Many of the statistical methods has been used to process information and reach results The results appear that the experimental group superiority in the achievement test cognitive post and retention test concepts and proven effectiveness of the model ( Merle - tension ) in the acquisition concepts of art history and retention .

Abstract : The development in methods of teaching and the styles used in teaching physical education has great impact in developing the level of the students in the skillful and achieving aspect the mastering learning is one of the modern styles which depends regarding the individual differences in the level and the speed of learning for the learners according to their own special abilities , through gradual stepping from the easy to the difficult material and there should not be any stepping to a new material without mastering the first material by all the learners , giving them enough time or increasing the repetitions until mastering . Therefore , the researcher adopts , in this study , the mastering learning test and measuring its impact on the knowledge achievement and on skillful performance for some basic skills in basketball , as an attempt to draw the attention of those who are responsible for the teaching process to the new methods and styles which have impact on developing the student in the skillful and achievement aspects . The significance of the study lies in trying to find a teaching style stimulating the motivation an cooperative spirit among the students , in addition to taking care of the individual differences the level and the speed of learning to improve the scientific and the practical levels of the students in the current studying skills . the experimental method is used for its suitability for the nature and goals of the study . the sample of the study comprises (40) female and male students of the first stage / Department of Physical education / College of Basic Education, divided into two groups with (20) students in each controlling and experimental groups . The researcher concludes that the mastering style has a clear impact on improving the knowledge achievement and developing the skillful performance for the experimental group. The researcher recommends using themastering learning style in teaching the skills of the basketball and the basic skills in the other individual and team games.

Research Summary : This study aimed to know the difficulties that limit the effectiveness of homework at primary school students grades (IV, V and VI) in the public schools from the point of view of teachers have been identified research problem in the difficulties faced by the student in completing homework, whether related to the student and the family and social environment or the teacher , the school administration , curriculum and teaching method, reflected the importance of research in the stand on these difficulties to provide interested researchers a clear vision for homework , problems experienced by many of the parents of the pupils and teachers alike and determine the causes to avoid the negatives that may be located where the teacher when commissioning his disciples duties homework to be avoided. Commissioned researcher school administration application search tool on a sample of teachers as numbered (30) teachers from my school (forbidding) and (Shaheed Mohamed Qasim al-Abadi) primary school in the village of majority in the first semester of the academic year (2013-2014) was the use of the tool questionnaire after extracting the semantics sincerity and persistence which amounted to (80.0) The researcher used statistical means of b (Pearson correlation coefficient, equation Spearman Brown, Law Fisher) to analyze the results of the study and after the application of the study results showed that the difficulties that limit the difficulties of homework is to Both the student and the family and social environment the teacher and the school environment and curriculum and teaching method. In light of the results of research and the researcher has developed some recommendations to make sure fields of study on the importance of diversification in the forms of homework and know the teachers and the parents of the pupils how to perform homework to develop the capacity of student knowledge, skills and compassionate. The researcher also suggested the need to carry out a study identifies problems with homework and the teacher's role and the role of parents and the curriculum and by the comparative study between the duties of Applied and practical.
