حول المجلة

تأسست مجلة الفتح في سنة 1997 وكانت تصدرها كلية المعلمين – الجامعة المستنصرية , وبعد تأسيس جامعة ديالى سنة 1999 أصبحت مجلة الفتح تصدر من كلية المعلمين / جامعة ديالى وكانت تعنى بنشر البحوث العلمية والإنسانية والتربوية حيث كانت تصدر بشكل فصلي أي أربعة أعداد في السنة

وقد أصبحت مجلة الفتح منذ تأسيسها مصدر كبير للمعلومات الدقيقة التي كان يستفيد منها الباحثين وطلبة الدراسات العليا إلى يومنا هذا وذلك بسبب حكمة القائمين على إصدارها ورصانتهم العلمية ,وقد تناوب على رئاسة تحرير مجلة الفتح كوكبة من الأساتذة العظام وعمل فيها مجموعة من الموظفين المبدعين , وقد توقفت مجلة الفتح عن إصدار أعدادها بين عامي 2006-2007 وذلك بسبب الظروف الأمنية التي مرت بها المحافظة اظافة إلى استشهاد سكرتير تحرير المجلة في ذلك الوقت (الدكتور حسن احمد مهاوش) رحمه الله.
وبعد استتباب الأمن في محافظة ديالى وعودة الحياة الطبيعية إلى ربوع المحافظة عادت مجلة الفتح بإصدار أعدادها وبحلتها الجديدة وخاصة بعد أن حصلت المجلة على الترقيم الدولي (issn ) وعادت مجلة الفتح لرفد المسيرة العلمية بالبحوث التربوية و النفسية القيمة ففي سنة 2008 وحسب توجيهات الوزارة أصبحت مجلة الفتح مختصة بنشر البحوث التربوية والنفسية فقط.

The aim of the researchers is to study the relation of the prompt response with the accurate qualified and planned performance of the attack line of football players in Diyala sport club. It is just because of the lack of qualified and planned performance of the attack line which lead to the lack of quick reaction which in its way affect the performance of the whole team. The prompt response is considered to be one of the most important factors to win championships. Therefore, it is considered to be an assisted final factor in the result and its help to achieve the qualified and planned duties.

Education plays a leadership role in all aspects of life. By providing the quality education one can produce quality products through adopting an effective academic behaviour in educational process. “Behaviour” is defined as the action or activities of an organism that is anything that an organism does, including physical action, internal physiological and emotional processes and implicit mental activity. The focus on behaviour is important in the teaching process for no one has complete control over his feelings or his personality . For a teacher, s/he should have control over most of his / her actions. So, those actions and decisions which generate them contribute to successful teaching. Teaching can in fact, be defined as conscious behaviour that makes learning more probable and more efficient than it would have been without that behaviour. Teaching behaviour can range from a simple smile or pat that encourages the learner to a superbly designed, programmed presentation of a complex process that results in predictable, efficient and effective learning. As for teacher behaviour and learner's behaviour, it is obvious that a complex interaction occurs in teaching. The decisions and actions of a teacher affect the learning process. The teacher’s observation of the learner or previous knowledge about him affects the teaching process (Shafqat 2009:xv). The present research, therefore, aims at: 1- assessing EFL Iraqi teachers' perception of classroom behaviours at secondary schools, 2- finding out the differences among the domains of teachers' behaviours. Two hypotheses have been tested: 1- EFL Iraqi secondary schools teachers are not aware of classroom behaviours . 2- There are no statistically significant differences among the domains of teachers' classroom behaviours . The population of teachers at the secondary schools is 1841 of both sexes at Baqubah district . The random sample of the research consists of teachers at 57 secondary schools . By conducting the percentage formula, represents 28 % of the whole population. The total number of the sample is 100 participants, male is 39 and female is 61 enrolled for the academic year (2012-2013) . In order to achieve the aims of the study and to test its hypotheses, a questionnaire has been constructed to measure the perception of the Iraqi teachers at secondary schools toward classroom behaviour. The questionnaire covers seven domains. It contains 95 items, which are measured using a five-point Likert- type scale anchored by 1= never and 5 = always, measures the following seven domains of academic teacher's behaviours which are organization(9 items), presentation(16 items), rapport(20 items), content(15 items), interaction(12 items), active learning(14 items) and assessment (10 items). The questionnaire has been exposed to a jury of experts for the purpose of ascertaining its face validity. Two methods have been used to calculate the questionnaire reliability coefficient. The results of the research have revealed that: • EFL Iraqi teachers at secondary schools have quite perception of classroom behaviour. • Based on seventh domains in the questionnaire, the teachers agree that the subscale "content" receives the first interest according to others, while rapport receives the lowest rating . • It is clear that EFL Iraqi teachers have no competency in using technology and internet recourse as a part of classroom assessment and this may result as a part of deficiency or weakness from General Directorate Education towards its teachers. Although , technology plays a great role in education, it promotes teaching and learning skills, and enhances opportunities for meaningful learning.

This research aims at measuring the aesthetic judgment among the students of the institute of fine arts in Diyala. The sample of the research paper amounts to 470 students. The researcher has selected randomly the samples from both genders. The descriptive approach has been conducted whereas the tool of the research has been a standardized measurement conducted on the Iraqi environment. This, however, is based upon (Jawamir's study) which is entitled (Teaching Program after the Pattern by Marzano for the Development of Aesthetic Judgments in Drawing by Secondary Scholl Students for the academic year 2014). The data has been processed according to statistical ways. This shows that there are no individual differences for the students of the institute of fine arts in accordance with the gender variable on the application of aesthetic judgment measurement.

The researchers have taken two tools to measure the research phenomena. These tools are the acquiring experience and the need of knowledge of the university students. The researchers have taken 100 students. Fifty students have been taken from the psychology guidance department and fifty students have been taken from the same department/ college of the basic education/ university of Diyala. The present research proves, after checking and analyzing statistically the results of the research, that the students who lack the need of the knowledge are suffering from the lack of acquiring experience. In addition to that, students who are not getting good education are feeling that they are unable to express their opinion about the process of education. Thus, the need of knowledge is connected strongly and positively with acquiring experience. The present research has some suggestions and recommendations.

Instilling true values at an early age of children's life, including learning, acquiring knowledge and encouraging participation , is considered the key for afterwards change on developing the children's abilities and skills to avoid bad habits and wrong behaviors insofar as the environment is concerned .It also helps finding models, to rely on, in following an environmental method with clear insight .The kindergarten , in this concern , has an important role in instilling ways and methods which enable children 's participation. Such participation is held important in both the children's life and their future change. In order to help children understand environmental concepts and form suitable behaviors insofar as the environment is concerned, they should have their own experience depending on an environmental program. This program is held on the bases of certain behaviors which are important for the kindergarten children's development. The present paper aims at having an idea about the effect of a suggested program on developing the environmental skills for kindergarten children .To achieve this aim , the researcher derived the following zero hypotheses: 1. There are no differences in statistics at level 0,05 of the environmental skills between the experimental group children and the control group children in pretest. 2. There are no differences in statistics at level 0,05 of the environmental skills between the experimental group children and the control group children in posttest. 3. There are no differences in statistics at level 0,05 0f the environmental skills for children of the experimental group both in the first and second posttests. The study sample consisted of 63 children (male & female) at the kindergarten primary stage for the academic year 2013-2014. The members of the sample were distributed to two groups: the experimental which was of 33 children (male & female) and the control group which was of 30 children (male & female). The children's parents of each group had the same academic qualifications. The result were as such : There are no differences between the two kindergarten children groups (experimental & control) in the pretest of the environmental skills .While the results showed that there are differences for the benefit of the experimental group after applying the suggested program . Also, the results showed that there are no differences between the first and second pretests.

Teaching skills and students achievements have great importance for the history teachers therefore , the current study aims at knowing (the level of performance for the history teachers of the teaching skills and its relation with their students' achievements). The descriptive method is used with (correlations style) and the sample is (38) teachers. The tool is checklist observation to measure the level of performance for history teachers with depending on students' achievements in ministerial examination. The most results signify that there are differences level of performance for history teachers as (weak ,accepted ,and medium ), and there is a statistically significant differences among the level of the performance for history teachers in each aspect of teaching skills and for total performance and the medium of students' achievements, also there is a positive correlation between the performance and achievements refering to history teachers.

Because of the significance of the orphan emotional tranquility, the need for safety and tranquility comes first as one of the elementary psychological requirements. Whenever humans satisfy it, they will be satisfied with the other psychological and social needs. ( Mohammad and Mursi, 1986: 109). The study aims at: 1 -Identifying the emotional tranquility level for fatherless pupils at the elementary school. 2 -Identifying the differences in emotional Tranquility for fatherless pupils according to the gender variable (male, female) . As the sample of this study is (400) fatherless pupils with (200) schoolgirl pupils and (200) schoolboy pupils at the elementary schools. The two researchers have built an emotional tranquility measurement and applied it on the above mentioned sample of two elementary classes (fifth and sixth stage), and the most important conclusion that the researchers have drawn, shows that the study sample has low sense of emotional tranquility moreover it assures the statistical differences between the males and females in the level of emotional tranquility in the interest of females depending on the gender variable. The research has included a set of recommendations as : 1 – Consolidating a sense of emotional tranquility for pupils, especially fatherless ones identifying the factors and conditions that cause it, and working on fixing them through mitigating these factors. 2- Increasing the level of Psychiatric care in schools and working hard to create awareness of the importance of emotional tranquility in the life of the individual and the community in general and for fatherless pupils in particular.

The study comprises five sections; the first of them identifies the paper including an introduction to the paper and its significance. In it the researcher refers to modern learning approaches as the learning approach to command and the role of this style in learning the dynamic skills like that of service in volleyball. The problem of the paper deals with the insufficiency of the followed teaching methods and approaches (traditional ones) and their poor influence on the learning and performance levels. Moreover, they do not accommodate the requirements of the development in this field as well as not relying on the principle of individual differences among learners. The paper aims at figuring out The Effect of Using the Learning Approach on Commanding the Service Skill in Volleyball. The second section deals with the theoretical studies. The researcher has tackled the educational methods as the learning approach so as to command and executing it in learning dynamic skills. Section three concentrates on the research methodology and field performances as the researcher delineates the experimental approach due to its suitability to the nature of the study problem. Furthermore, the researcher has divided the sample into two matched groups with pre and post tests. He also made use of appropriate statistical means to find out the results. Section four sets the results of the study and their analysis of the performance level in the service skill, discussing them and enforcing them with appropriate scientific sources. The researcher concludes that the learning approach to command is the most influential on the performance level of the service skill in volleyball. The researcher, then, recommends delineating this approach in learning other dynamic skills in volleyball as well as other games.

This study aims to show the differences between the scores averages of fifth preparatory stage students (scientific-literary) on measurement of information processing methods according to gender and the study specialty and the interaction between them. The study sample consists of (200) male and female students, (100) male students and (100) female students divided to (100) students for scientific branch and (100) for literary branch. The researcher modifies the test of information processing methods and gets confirmation of its validity, for test study hypotheses; he uses two way analysis of variance on significance level (0.05 = α). The study results show no significant difference between scores averages of males and scores averages of females, and the scientific specialty exceeds on the literary specialty in information processing method.

The study aims to know the relation between Multiple Intelligence and minutely pointing of free throw in basketball. The sample contains (25) female students of the intermediate second grade. The study (list of multidimensional cleverness), by (Nabil Rapheeq Ibrahim) has applied and the test of minutely pointing of free throw in basketball. The researcher uses the attributive method in relations because it is suitable with the nature of the problem which consists about (33%) from the sample which gets (25) female students in Om Salama school after the procedure of homogeneity in age, length and weight among the students. The study shows the results of correlation coefficients which prove that there is a meaningful positive function among the types of intelligence (linguistic, logical, musical, dynamic, visual, auto, socio, sociable and natural), and variable of minutely pointing from free throw in basketball. The paper finds that there are differences in multi-intelligence among the female students. Through the results the researcher achieves by using suitable statistics means, that it is concerned with the independent variable (multi-intelligence), which means that the minutely pointing increases when using multi-intelligence especially the dynamic, visual and auto intelligence through performance and it decreases when do not use the multiple intelligence in performance. The most important recommendations are the necessity to interest the multi-intelligence in schools especially when teaching sportive skills in lessons of physical education, in addition of that, to give attention to develop the educational approaches and to insert them to develop the mental abilities of the students especially in multi-intelligence because it caused by training and experience, and it also recommends to make similar studies in multiple intelligence and its relation with sportive skills of the other sports and for the two genders.

The social and cultural changes and tremendous development of means of communication, many problems have been founded in term of psychological, social, and cultural that an individual became in need a helping by others . So, the more a person qualified to provide such assistance is an educational guide who should be suited for scientifically and culturally gifted, as far as personal responsibility, acceptance and love of others , along with other necessary attributes in order to do his/her fullest potential priorities at his/her own unique pace , moreover, being away from the variables that may affect his / her work and make it more harmful than wholesome. The current study attempts to finding out variables among educational guides such as self-categorization which is a self-aware process in which an individual may categorize the self as a singular “I”(personal identity), or as a more inclusive “we”(social identity) at other times through postulates that perceived at different times. This statement has been interpreted according to the theory of self-categorization (Turner,1982(. The current research aims at: 1- Constructing self-categorization scale. 2- Measuring self-categorization among educational guides. To achieve the above aims, the researchers constructed self-categorization scale and applied on the sample of study which is 200 in both male and female educational guides. The current sample are chosen randomly from the population of study which is received (372) male and female educational guides at the Directorate-General for Education in Diyala for the academic year (2014) which represents the limits of the study. Data collected are analyzed using suitable statistical treatment methods such as; t-test formula for one sample and two independent samples and Pearson correlation coefficient formula. The researchers have reached to the current conclusion that educational guides characterized by high self-categorization. According to above results, the researchers have drawn number of recommendations including: 1- The necessity of attention in educational by authorities because they are doing the best roles to protect the growth and development of students who are under their custody with efficiency and responsibility, 2- The necessity of conducting continuous necessary studies for educational guide and help him/her to overcome the obstacles which might face in providing assistance to students which are resulting an improvement in process of guidance as required.

The social trust, doubtlessly, is considered the most important sides that express the personality whether when the individual interacts with him/herself or with others. It is acquired and learned during the life stages of the individual and if he/she was subjected to variables of fostering and also to mentoring ,imitation , and guidance in different life situations , he will acquire the principles of the parents, their attitudes, and their behavioral criteria . He/she will also learn the right and wrong and apply these judgments on his / her own behavior. Trust is affected by culture of the group we live with, so, what is acceptable in certain society might be not in another. As long as trust emerges from a number of rules and conduct which is judged by the society , differences in these rules and conducts is dependents on the nature of society and its philosophy which the society believe in and which emerge from historical origins. The current study aims at finding out the level of mutual social trust in state officials since the society has been changed demographically during the last few years . It also aims at finding the difference according to the male-female variable. The study sample consists of (100) officials from the director ate general of Risafa I and III. The researcher adopted thee scales Nadhmy and 2001 of mutual social trust which includes 38 items in its second version. After analyzing date and drawing findings that reveal the fall of the social trust in the officials , the study comes up with a number of recommendations and suggestions.

Man lives in an environment and he/she deals with its components. He/she affects it and be affected to ensure his/her necessarily needs to survive and continue living. In the past, there was a kind of an agreement between man and his/her environment to make use of its components, resources, and wealth. The civilizational development, the growth and the gradual development of the people have destructive effects on environment on one side and on man himself/ herself on the other side. Therefore, the new conflict for living to ensure the comfort and luxury life has made man careless about the dangers which surrounded him/her which lead to affect his/her existence and the environment as well. These problems have been identified by many countries in the world to face the environmental challenge and the future of this universe. The present research includes three chapters: chapter one deals with the problem, the important, the aims , limitations, and deciding the terms of the research. Chapter two deals with theoretical framework of the research. It also deals with previous studies done in this field. Finally, chapter three deals with the procedures of the research. The researcher has achieved some results and conclusions.

The present study aims at : 1.Constructing an educational programme on the basis of Ridgiluth's theory for developing the skills of primary school teachers of artistic education (male &female ) in writing daily lesson plan. 2. Measuring the effectiveness of the designed programme through its application to a sample of primary school teachers (male &female). To achieve the aim of the study , the following hypotheses are made: 1.There is no difference in meaning at the level (0,05) between the average marks of the experimental group sample , in writing daily lesson plan skills , in the pretest and their average marks in the post test for measuring skill. 2.There is no difference in meaning at the level (0,05) between the average marks of the experimental group sample , in writing daily lesson plan skills , in the pretest and their average marks in the post test for measuring skill according to difference in gender. The researchers used the experimental method specifically one sample design in both the pre& post test . The sample included primary school teachers ( male & female )in Diyala Province Centre . They were graduated from Teachers' Institute and were 213 teachers distributed to 87 school. The researchers chose an experimental sample through which they could know the time required for answering each item of the tool , and the item clarity . The chosen group consisted of 18 teachers (male & female ) rating about 12 % of the original group of teachers .The researchers used a tool of 17 items . The scientific bases and reliability of the tool were checked by experts who also checked the test and retest in accordance with the tool's stability. The educational programme was taught and then applied to a sample after which data were collected , treated by using Spss programme . The results were pointed out and discussed as follows : There is a statistical difference at level 0,05 between the final marks of the experimental group in the pretest for measuring skills and their final marks in the post test. It is concluded that Ridgiluth's model was really effective on developing the skills of primary school teachers ( male & female ) of artistic education . Also , there is a possibility of acquiring new skills in case that they are Used accurately , systematically and consistently. So , like the other teaching materials , those skills ,including writing daily lesson plan ,could be developed through checking and practising. In the light of the above mentioned results and conclusions , the researchers recommended to use Ridgiluth's model in teaching artistic skills for the effect it has on enhancing these skills afterwards.

The current study aims at shedding light on the concept "tendency to postponement "by presenting the theoretical framework of the topic and the previous studies which tackled with it. Also, it aims at measuring the degree of the tendency to postponement of the preparatory school students as well as identifying the statistical differences in this tendency due to the variables of sex(males and females),branch(scientific and literary).The study sample consists of (200) Baqubah preparatory school students.The researcher adopted Abu-Ghazal's device(2012)which consists of (21)items. Then, the researcher analyzed the items statistically by using the terminal comparison (discriminatory power),and the relation of each item to the whole .Later, the face validity was found out by exposing the tool to the jury who was specialized in pedagogical and psychological sciences whereas the reliability of the study was derived by the process of retesting which got(87%),also,the researcher used the statistical package for social science(SPSS)to analyze the data statistically by using (Pearson Correlation coefficient , and the T-test for two independent samples, and the T-test for one sample).The findings of the study revealed that there is tendency to the postponement and the males have such tendency more than the females. Furthermore, it showed that the literary branch/preparatory school students have such tendency more than those of the scientific branch students. Finally, the recommendations and suggestions were given.

This study aims at identifying the effect of the conceptual modeling of the Quranic verses mentioned in the textbook of "history" and its impact on the acquisition of historical concepts of the second intermediate schoolgirl students. To achieve the study aim, the following hypotheses are set up: There are no statistical differences at the level 0.05 between the test score average of the experimental group students who followed the conceptual modeling strategy of the Quranic verses. To achieve the equivalence the beforehand students' scores achievement, the fathers' achievement and the mothers' achievement are used .The experimental approach has the nonequivalent control design as : the sample of the study is second intermediate schoolgirl students gathered from schools of Baqubah center .The study community is (3511)schoolgirl students in 2012-2013 from which the sample is selected to include about (31)students divided into two groups, the experimental group has (31)schoolgirl students whereas the control group has(28)ones. To verify the study hypotheses, the concepts of the topic have been identified and taught in four lessons due the lesson plan followed .Later a posttest has been done on the study sample making the statistical processes by using the arithmetic means and the standard deviation. The results have been drawn are: 1- There are no statistical differences at the level 0.05 between the experimental group students' scores who study by using the Quranic verses and the scores of the control group students who follow the ordinary way. Depending on the entire post test results, it shows the effect of the Quranic verses mentioned in the book of history and also the student environment and its impact on the process of acquiring the historical concepts of the second intermediate stage.

This study aims at identifying the relation of alimentary behavior with psychological state of the school girl practitioner and non-practitioner students for sport activities. The study sample consists of college female students those who practice and don’t practice sports randomly chosen to contain about (60) students;(30)ones from the college of physical education and(30)ones from college of basic Education/ university of Diyala. The measurement used in the study is the alimentary behavior measurement and the psychological state measurement .The conclusions the study has drawn show that the alimentary behavior is a very important variable nowadays. So, it is significant to shed more light on it whether in female, male or even in children life to maintain the physical health ,to avoid obesity and the diseases it causes as heart diseases ,diabetes and cholesterol .The recommendations of this study are the necessity of practicing sport activities permanently even half an hour daily to get fitness and constant health.
