حول المجلة

تأسست مجلة الفتح في سنة 1997 وكانت تصدرها كلية المعلمين – الجامعة المستنصرية , وبعد تأسيس جامعة ديالى سنة 1999 أصبحت مجلة الفتح تصدر من كلية المعلمين / جامعة ديالى وكانت تعنى بنشر البحوث العلمية والإنسانية والتربوية حيث كانت تصدر بشكل فصلي أي أربعة أعداد في السنة

وقد أصبحت مجلة الفتح منذ تأسيسها مصدر كبير للمعلومات الدقيقة التي كان يستفيد منها الباحثين وطلبة الدراسات العليا إلى يومنا هذا وذلك بسبب حكمة القائمين على إصدارها ورصانتهم العلمية ,وقد تناوب على رئاسة تحرير مجلة الفتح كوكبة من الأساتذة العظام وعمل فيها مجموعة من الموظفين المبدعين , وقد توقفت مجلة الفتح عن إصدار أعدادها بين عامي 2006-2007 وذلك بسبب الظروف الأمنية التي مرت بها المحافظة اظافة إلى استشهاد سكرتير تحرير المجلة في ذلك الوقت (الدكتور حسن احمد مهاوش) رحمه الله.
وبعد استتباب الأمن في محافظة ديالى وعودة الحياة الطبيعية إلى ربوع المحافظة عادت مجلة الفتح بإصدار أعدادها وبحلتها الجديدة وخاصة بعد أن حصلت المجلة على الترقيم الدولي (issn ) وعادت مجلة الفتح لرفد المسيرة العلمية بالبحوث التربوية و النفسية القيمة ففي سنة 2008 وحسب توجيهات الوزارة أصبحت مجلة الفتح مختصة بنشر البحوث التربوية والنفسية فقط.

The study aimed at building measurement of fear of academic failure of the preparatory school students in Baqubah district ,the study community consisted of (3508)students whereas the sample consisted of (409)students. The measurement validity was checked up by: check in the content validity (Jury validity), and the validity of the process of building .The stability of the measurement was achieved through two ways: retesting and Cronbach Alpha equation(internal consistency).The findings of the study revealed the validity and reliability of this measurement.

The researcher has adopted (Al-Qurashi, 2002) daydreams scale and exposed it to a number of experts in Educational and Psychological Sciences in order to obtain Face Validity for the instrument. The researcher implemented the instrument on a number of college students, which is composed of (60 students). This sample was chosen randomly from University of Diyala/ College of Basic Education/ Department of Psychological Guidance. The researcher used the following statistical means (Arithmetic Means, Postulated Means, Standard Deviation, T-Test for individual sample, and Parson's Coefficient)The following results have been concluded: University students have the ability of positive daydreams, and the don not have negative daydreams or it is very weak.

The paper aims at identifying the impact of the discussion method on the achievement of third stage students in the department of Arts Education in the topic of aesthetics in the College of Basic Education .The sample of the study comprised(39)male and female students. Among them (20) students are randomly selected by the researchers .The researchers have followed the experimental method .As with regard to the study tool ,the researchers have used the achievement test ,the study results are statistically processed. It is founded that there are individual differences after conductiong the post test on the sample of the study in favor of the experimental group that is taught in concordance to the discussion method .The researchers afforded a number of recommendations and suggestions .

The first chapter of this study is an introduction and the significance of the study in learning the skills of rolling, passing and keeping the ball in football using the method of group competition. The problem that this study addresses is the lack of the use of this method in teaching the skills of football in the curriculum of the first grade in the College of Physical Education, University of Diyala. The aim of the study is to investigate the effect of using group competition in learning those skills on the students of the first grade in the College of Physical Education, University of Diyala. The second chapter dealt with the theoretical framework of the study and the skills chosen in the study as well as similar studies. The researcher used the experimental method in the study on a sample of 20 students of the first grade with 12 educational units 90 minutes each. The fourth chapter included the results in charts that were analyzed and discussed using the proper scientific and statistical methods. In the light of the results of the study, the researcher reached at the following conclusions: 1. Group competition has a positive effect on learning rolling, passing, and keeping the ball in football. In the light of conclusions, the researcher recommended the following: 1. The use of group competition in learning other skills of football with different age groups. 2. Conducting the same study on different sports. 3. Studying the effect of other methods on learning the basic skills in football.

The current study aims at identifying : 1. The degree of egocentrism with outstanding students. 2. The significant differences in egocentrism according to the variables of gender ( male & female ) and class ( second & intermediate stage ). The sample of the research consisted of (400) students for both (male & female) in the second and third intermediate at outstanding school who were stratified randomly chosen at General Directorates of Education in Baghdad and Diyalas' provinces . To measure the egocentrism with outstanding students, the researcher adopt a scale constructed by Enright et al. (1979). Face validity & construct validity have been extracted . While The reliability has been extracted by test and retest and Alpha – Cronbach formula , so the reliability coefficient was (0.80) and (0.78) as a straight line. The scale includes ( 15 ) items which are distributed into three aspects , (5) items for each. According to data research processing, the researcher used statistical methods to achieve it, namely; ( Pearson correlation coefficient , Alpha – Cronbach formula and T-test for one and two independent samples. The results of the research shows the followings; 1- Egocentrism exists in the sample of research . 2- Egocentrism does not affect by the gender ( male & female ) nor the class ( second & intermediate stage ).the gender

The study aims at: 1. Finding out the ethics of the scientific research from the view point of the teachers of the college of Basic Education in the university of Diyala and setting them in priority order. 2. Identifying the conducts that should be available in the scholar and for each ethic. In order to carry out the aims of the study , the researchers reviewed the related literature and 33 ethics have been derived. Those ethics which can be observed and measured are focused and then , these ethics have been spread out to all the population of the study to find their validity ( delete, add , modify ). After reviewing the responses of the target population , the ethics were re-ordered and the related behaviors of each ethic were identified according to the importance , and then , the scale was re-spread on the population of the study to show their views on : 1. Setting the ethics according to priorities. 2. The validity of the related behaviors for each ethic and its rank. Then , their responses were analyzed and the ethics were ordered up-down according to the series of each ethic and also the related behaviors were re-ordered. Accordingly , the finding of the study were identified which are represented by 33 ethics that are ordered serially as a matter of consensus. The researchers recommend : 1. Adopting the scale specified for the ethics that the study found out in the college of Basic Education. 2. Originating a division in the university of Diyala attached to units in the colleges and to be named ( The division of scientific research ethics). 3. Carrying out similar studies in other colleges to derive ethics according to their specialization.

The research aims to know the effect of the learning cycle in the acquisition of grammatical concept in Arabic grammar language for fourth – grad literary studentts . The researcher hypothesized the following hypothesis : -There is no significant statistical difference at level of (0.05) between the average scores of the students ( boys and girls) of experimental group who studied Arabic grammer by using the learning cycle and those who studied the same subjects by using the traditional method . -There is no significant stasistical difference at level of (0.05) between the average scores of the students ( boys ) of experimental group who studied Arabic grammer by using the learning cycle and those who studied the same subjects by using Learning cycle itself . To achieve the aims of the present study the researcher chose experimentally determined with a partial set (experimental group and control group ) and a test to acquire grammatical concepts , and two schoolS are chosen by the researcher : Ali Bin Abi Tallib secondary school for boys and Al – Muqdadiah secondary school for girls from the directorate of Al – Muqdadiah in provence of Diyala to conduct the experiment in the second semester for the academic year 2012- 2013 . The researcher chose randomly two classes from both schools , and the number of students in the sample was ( 128 ) students ( boys and girls ) Equivalence has been made between the two groups in the variables : (chronological age of the students measured in months ,and degrees of Arabic language for the half year , and degrees of language ability test , and educational attainment of parents ). The researcher prepares lesson plans for experiment subjects on learning cycle and the traditional method to the two groups (experimental and control ) . the experiment lasted for ( 8 ) weeks . The researcher made final test to aquire grammatical concepts which is consisted of (30 ) items ,as multiple choice items . Validity and reliability of the test were computed by the researcher . A nmber of scholars and supervisors were asked to examine the items of the test to check its face validity. The researcher used statistical tools to achieve the statistcics are counting cofficient , the power of discrimination ( T.test samples, chi – squar (k²), pearson correlation coefficient, difficulty items coefficient , the power of discrimination items , and the effectiveness of alternatives ) in the analysis of the results . Both groups have been taught by the researcher himself which included (4) subjects from Arabic grammar text book for fourth – grad literary students . After analizing the results of the students answer and treating them statistically the researcher concluded the following :- 1 – The outweigh of the experimental group students ( boys ) who studied Arabic grammar by using learning cycle to the control group students ( boys ) who studied Arabic grammer by using ordinary method ( studnts of Ali Bin Abi Talib secondary school for boys ) . 2 – The outweigh of the experimental group students ( girls ) who studied Arabic grammar by using learning cycle to the control group students ( girls ) who studied Arabic grammar by using ordinary method ( students of Al – Muqdadiya secondary school for girls ). 3 – There is no statistical differences between the achievement of the experimental group ( boys ) who studied Arabic grammar by using learning cycle and those who studied Arabic grammar by using learning cycle itself related to sex ( boys and girls ) . Accordingly , the researcher concluded a number of conclusions , including : -The learning cycle helped students to acquire grammatical concepts better than the others He recommended numbers of recommendation , including : -Need to use learning cycle in the teaching of Arabic grammar in the forth – grade literary students , and in various stages of moral education . He suggested : -A similar study need to be conducted by using learning cycle on creative thinking on the other branches of the Arrabic language .

The contemporary age witnesses an intellectual and technological expansion in all the aspects of life. The result is the emerge of scientific awareness in brain studies which led to enormous discoveries. In the light of such development, there was a necessity for a strategy that enables the trainee of mastering the skills of sport games which positively affects his/her readiness, aptitude, and power as a response to his/her tendency and interest. This study tries to investigate the effect of skillful exercises in reference to Herman scale on learning hand balance in artistic gymnastics for the students of the college of physical education. The researchers used the experimental method with equivalent groups. The study was conducted on a sample of 34 students form the second grade of the college of physical education. The sample group were chosen randomly from 140 students. Throughout processing the data, the researchers discovered that skillful exercises in reference to Herman scale has a great significance in learning the skill of hand balance in artistic gymnastics in the students of the college of physical education. Finally, the researchers recommended utilizing this method in the training.

The paper aims at identifying The Impact of Delineating Scientific Stations on the Achievement of Second Intermediate Students and their Inclination towards Physics via testing the two following hypotheses: There are no statistically significant differences on the level of (0.05) between the scores mean of the experimental group students who are taught according to the scientific stations strategy and the average scores of the controlling group students who are taught in the traditional method in the achievement test. There are no statistically significant differences on the level of (0.05) between the scores mean of the experimental group students who are taught according to the scientific stations strategy and the average scores of the controlling group students who are taught in the traditional method on the inclination towards physics scale. The experiment is conducted on second intermediate students in Shuhadaa Elislam (Martyrs of Islam) Secondary school/ Diyala Province in the academic year 2012-2013. Sample of the study comprised of (60) students who are set into two equal groups; experimental and controlling groups, of (30) students each. A match between the two groups is made in terms of intelligence and age in months. For the sake of verifying the study hypotheses, the researcher has set an achievement test for both groups. The test is of (30) objective MCQ items of four choices each. Moreover, the researcher has adopted an inclination scale as well as making a test for both groups in concordance with this scale after verifying the validity of the two tests by exposing them to a group of experts and referees. Furthermore, the researcher has prepared the scientific stations worksheets in their three types; the pilot study, the dyslexia and the investigative (yes or no). Moreover, the researcher, then, embarked on teaching the two groups himself. He taught the experimental group according to the scientific stations strategy, while the controlling group is taught in the traditional method. Next, he applied achievement test of physics and the inclination towards physics scale on both groups. Data is compiled and statistically processed via the SPSS program along with some other statistics rules. Results showed that there is a statistically significant variation on the level of (0.05) in the achievement and the inclination towards physics in favor of the experimental group which is taught in concordance to the scientific stations strategy. In light of the results of the study, the researcher recommends a number of recommendations as for instance, the taking up of scientific stations strategy in teaching physics in the intermediate level. He also suggested carrying out similar studies for other study levels.

The study aims at investigating the effect of special exercises in improving response speed and learning the skill of passing the ball in volleyball for female second intermediate female students. As the researchers noticed weakness in dynamic response speed and learning the skill of passing the ball, thus they have set a number of exercises based on scientific basis to overcome this weakness. They made use of the perfect control design of two groups, controlling and experimental, with pre and post tests. The sample of the study is intentionally selected from the Al-Mumina secondary school. It comprises (80) female students of 20 students each group, which represents (25 %) of the total sample. After the conducting the experiment and analyzing the results, the researchers concluded that there is development in the variables under study study. Therefore, they recommended adopting the special exercises under study in developing dynamic response speed and learning the basic skills of volleyball in this age category.

Physiological studies are in sports are regarded of the focal studies for those working in the field of physical education and physical training. Through them, one can identify the effect of corporeal effort on athlete's biological systems during competitions or when practicing physical activities. Problem of the study lies in the lack of accuracy of high facing service. The two researchers think that systolic pressure is of vital relation to this deficiency. They have delineated the descriptive approach of associative relations due to its suitability to the study procedures. The research population is identified to be the (12) players of Diyala General Directorate of Education Volleyball team/ Intermediate Level. The whole population is selected as the sample of the study. Thus, Diyala General Directorate of Education/ Intermediate level (male students) is deliberately selected to be the sample of the study in the intentional approach. After tests processing, it becomes clear that there is a strong relation between the study variables. Therefore, the researchers concluded that there is an inverse relationship between systolic pressure and accuracy, the more pressure is there, the less accuracy achieved and vice versa.

In the first chapter, the two researchers tackle the concept” psychological security”, and its significance in different situations of life as well as its significance to the schoolgirls and the players.Additionally , the researchers shed light on the effect of the psychological security on the city schoolgirls as well as the countryside ones. The problem of the research is to know the psychological side effectson the students .The aim of the research also is to study the psychological security among the preparatory fourth grade schoolgirls in the city as well as in the countryside and to know the individual differences of the psychological security among those schoolgirls.The second chapter devotes its discussions to the study of the concept “psychological security” and its importance, features, dimensions and the most important theories that dealt with it . Then,the third chapter dealt with psychological security methodology and the field procedure used is the descriptive approach in the survey manner .Also, the comparative manner is used with all its programs, tools as well as the ways of collecting information ,exploratory experience , the tests used , the bases of the measurement and the statistical devices required in processing the data. Furthermore ,the fourth chapter exposed the results the researchers reached at as well as the discussion of these results showing the statistical differences among the two groups in tables then these tables are analyzed .Fifthly , the conclusions are drawn and the recommendations are given . One of the conclusions the researchers have found out is :there is a high rate of psychological security feeling by the city schoolgirls comparing with the other group ,also getting used of the exceptional circumstances caused a threat to the psychological security which reduces the danger feeling.

The present scale in our schools nowadays is based on knowledge as it was in the past, this notion is what the theory of multiple intelligence tries to change as is clarified in the current paper. This is to be gained via identifying the effect of a teaching strategy based on the theory of multiple intelligence on the achievement of fifth stage primary pupils in general sciences and the extent of retaining it. The study is limited to pupils in the fifth primary stage. The sample of the study is 59 pupils who are distributed to 30 pupils in the experimental group, and 29 pupils in the controlling group. The two groups are matched in terms of the following variables (Raven Intelligence Test, previous information in sciences, academic achievement in sciences in the fourth stage and parents' academic qualifications). So as to measure the students' level, the researchers has conducted an achievement post-test compromising of 30 multiple choice items distributed on the first three levels of Bloom's Taxonomy in the cognitive field (knowledge, comprehension, application). Upon finishing the study experiment which lasted for seven weeks, the achievement post-test is applied, after 18 years the retention test is applied, results are then statistically processed by means of the T-test for two independent samples. The following results are identified: 1. The experimental group pupils who are taught sciences according to the theory of multiple intelligence surpassed those in the controlling group who are taught according to the traditional method in the achievement test. 2. The experimental group pupils who are taught according to the theory of multiple intelligence clearly outmatched those in the controlling group who are taught according to the traditional method in the information retention test. In light of the identified conclusions, the researchers recommend researchers in the ministries of Education and Higher Education to benefit of this strategy in setting new prospectuses and in publishing text books as well as teachers and students activity books. Moreover, the researchers proposed a number of suggestions.

The difficulties of learning are considered one of the important educational problems since they have their impact on pupils from the educational, psychological and sociological point of view. There is increasing number of pupils who are suffering from difficulties of learning because of their own learning deficiency, and their repeated failing. As a result , those pupils are usually unable to cope with the normal school semester , and the normal methods .So , some are lagging behind in speech learnin g , finding difficulty in using language , finding serious difficulty in reading or doing some mathmatical processes.Generally speaking , they are unable to learn by using the normal ways and methods despite the fact that they have no mental problems .Still, they are lagging behind in comparison with their school mates and are failing in acquiring knowledge for different reasons. They have one thing in common which is deviation in developing their different skills. The aim of the present paper is to come to an early diagnosis of the difficulties of learning for kindergarten children . To achieve this aim ,the following zero hypotheses are derived : 1. There are no differences in statistics at the level 0,05 of learning difficulties for kindergarten children according to gender. 2. There are no differences in statistics at the level 0,05 of learning difficulties for kindergarten children according to children's natal rank among their brothers and sisters. The result showed that the trouble of learning difficulties is found among kindergarten children but is unaffected by both gender, children's natal rank among their brothers and sisters and the parents' academic qualifications.

Man lives in an environment and s/he deals with its components and then s/he affects it and then be affected to ensure the necessary needs to survive and continue living. In the past there was a kind of agreement between man and his/her environment to make use of its components, resources, and wealth. The civilizational development, the growth and the gradual development of people potentials have destructive effects on environment from one side and on man from the other side and that the new conflict for living in life and ensuring comfort and luxury have all made man does not care or think of the dangers surround him/her and which affect the security and existence of man. This problem is realized by many countries around the world to deal with this environment problem and the future of the planet of earth. The present research includes three chapters: chapter one includes the research problem, importance and the need for it, aims, limits, and finally the research terms. Chapter two includes the theoretical framework of the research and it deals with: the constructive processors of the artistic schools and their features according to their visual organizations. Chapter three deals with the research procedures and the researcher has achieved some results and conclusions.

The study is about the wrong ways of social education and their reflections on the social adaptation to the Iraqi child ( a field study in Diyala province ). The family is the basic social institution that is in charge of social adaptation and social and self-control and plays a respectable role in the individual's behavior in a normal and abnormal ways through the models that it puts forward for the children which affects , positive or negative , on the education of children. The study focuses on the importance the way because it represents the basis that mothers adopts in giving care and education for the children according to each mother's experience , environment and the number of children. Thus, the study aims at find out the wrong social ways which are used by fathers and mothers in educating their children. The findings of the study are : 1. Most fathers and mothers use cruelty with their children in treating them which in turn makes them aggressive. 2. Parents are vacillated when treating , equally and unequally , the children. 3. Some parents use overabundant care and protection which causes spoil and responsibility refusal. 4. Some parents use bad and harsh expressions in a way it fosters aggressiveness in the children, which , in turn , causes solitude , ostracism and creates shyness and lack for self-confidence. 5. Numerous quarrel between parents and their being occupied not by their children and neglecting them causes the feeling of fear , anxiety , loneliness and lack for love , warm-heartedness , and homeostasis. 6. The use of physical punishment by parents leads to spite and hatred. 7. Instability in using reward and punishment by parents leads to creating vacillated dual personality who are generous with friend and closefisted with the family. The findings of the study are : 1. Enlightening the parents to stop vacillation for which it leads to dangerous educational damages and to stop deprivation and physical punishment. 2. Enlightening the parents to stop cruelty in treating their children because it leads aggressiveness. 3. The religious institution should enlighten the parents , religiously and socially , in order not to get the bases of religious education wrongly and also give them the correct ways in educating and caring for children.

The paper aims at identifying the effect of behavioral objectives exposition to first intermediate female students on their achievement and inclination towards Mathematics. The sample of the study comprises 59 female students who are selected from one of the schools in Baqubah, namely, Alamal High School, in the second semester of the academic year 2013-2014. They are distributed randomly into an experimental group that is given knowledge of the behavioral objectives prior to indulge teaching them, and a controlling group that is of no knowledge of the behavioral objectives. The terms and open sentences units are chosen to be the study topics. A group of behavioral objectives are attached to these units. The two groups are taught for a month, three lessons per week. The researcher then set the appropriate lesson plans, exposed some of them to a group of referees and experts in the field. Moreover, he formulated an achievement test of 20 items aimed at gauging the overall achievement of the students in both groups, Bloom's levels of remembrance, comprehension and application. The test is also exposed to a number of referees and experts to check its reliability. The validity of the test if found by means of the split-half method. Furthermore, correction and difficulty coefficients and item distinguishing power are found and applied on the experimental and controlling groups after ending up teaching. As for the inclination towards math, the researcher has selected Aiken Scale that is consisting of 20 items, and next he conducted pre and post tests for the two groups. When scoring, data analysis of the pre and post tests and the scale are done, the researcher figured out that there are statistically significant variations in the level of (0.05) between the marks average of the two groups on the total achievement and Bloom's levels of remembrance and comprehension in favor of the experimental group which are attributed to the exposition of behavioral objectives prior to teaching, while there are no statistically significant variations in the application level. Moreover, there are statistically significant variations in the level of (0.05) between the experimental group students' responses towards the inclination scale and the controlling group the process of teaching which are attributed to the exposition of behavioral objectives prior to teaching,. The researcher recommended teachers to expose the behavioral objectives to the students before getting started in the teaching of any topic in

The research sees that there is a need to improve the methods, Strategies and models which use in teaching of history for second intermediate grad, and that leads to use the method of contrasting events which one of the methods that has an important role to achieve another subjects which have an important role to develop the knowledge of the intermediate second grade female students. The paper aims to study contrariety the intermediate female students of second grade. The sample of the paper are (60) intermediate female students of second grade for the first semester, and they divided into two sections, an experimental group has chosen randomly containing (30) female students who are studied according to the Contradicting method, while the other group (30) female students "the disciplined group", they study according to the classical method after preparing the requirements of the paper as; materials, and to limit the behaviorism objects and to prepare the educational plan by using the material of the research which is the knowledge test in history which is contained by (20) terms from its type. The researcher gets the following results; that there are statistical differences among the results of the female students who study according to the Contradicting method and those who study according to the classical method.

The study aims at Forming an Anger Management Scale among High School Female Students that suits the Iraqi local environment, as well as measuring the ability of high school female students in anger management. The researcher has formed the scale relying on the behavioral-cognitive theoretical frame presented by Raymond Novaco which defines anger management as "a structured treatment to foster self-regulation of anger and aggressive behavior". Novaco specified three principal forms of anger; cognitive, physiological and behavioral. The researcher has set (34) items that are covering most of anger stimulating situations among high school female students and measure their ability in anger management according to the three above mentioned levels. Then, she exposed the scale to a number of (15) referees and specialists in the fields of psychological guidance and educational counseling, experimental psychology and measurement and evaluation in order to have their views and notes concerning the validity of the scale. Furthermore, sample of the study comprises (600) high school students in Baquba city center/ Diyala Province in the academic year 2014-2015. The anger management scale is applied on them after finding out the arithmetic mean, criteria variations and the T-tests scores in all fields of the scale. The scale's validity is verified via using the SPSS, as Khi square value is (K2=zero) on a significance level of (0.05). While the scale consistency is verified through the use of the test and re-test methods and Alpha-Chronbach's equation, as the scale's stability coefficient is (0.87) which is signifying the soundness of applying the scale on high school female students in the Iraqi local environment.

The research aims to know the effect of special trainings related to the muscles power of the arm in developing the speed and accuracy of shooting from the angle area The sample was (6) the students of physical Education College from students of physical Education depaltment from the total (16). So their rate was (37%). The researcher used the experimental course with one experimental group .and after inserting the experimental change(the exercises of the muscles power) it was clear through the tests that there is a development in the speed and accuracy in shooting from the corner area. Therefore,the researcher recommended to use the power trainings and focas on using the power trainings for the arm because this will lead to a speed and accuracy in shooting the ball.

The goal of the paper is to measure the death tension and to know the relationship between tension of death and the performance of sending out skill, so the researcher uses the descriptive method.
