حول المجلة

تأسست مجلة الفتح في سنة 1997 وكانت تصدرها كلية المعلمين – الجامعة المستنصرية , وبعد تأسيس جامعة ديالى سنة 1999 أصبحت مجلة الفتح تصدر من كلية المعلمين / جامعة ديالى وكانت تعنى بنشر البحوث العلمية والإنسانية والتربوية حيث كانت تصدر بشكل فصلي أي أربعة أعداد في السنة

وقد أصبحت مجلة الفتح منذ تأسيسها مصدر كبير للمعلومات الدقيقة التي كان يستفيد منها الباحثين وطلبة الدراسات العليا إلى يومنا هذا وذلك بسبب حكمة القائمين على إصدارها ورصانتهم العلمية ,وقد تناوب على رئاسة تحرير مجلة الفتح كوكبة من الأساتذة العظام وعمل فيها مجموعة من الموظفين المبدعين , وقد توقفت مجلة الفتح عن إصدار أعدادها بين عامي 2006-2007 وذلك بسبب الظروف الأمنية التي مرت بها المحافظة اظافة إلى استشهاد سكرتير تحرير المجلة في ذلك الوقت (الدكتور حسن احمد مهاوش) رحمه الله.
وبعد استتباب الأمن في محافظة ديالى وعودة الحياة الطبيعية إلى ربوع المحافظة عادت مجلة الفتح بإصدار أعدادها وبحلتها الجديدة وخاصة بعد أن حصلت المجلة على الترقيم الدولي (issn ) وعادت مجلة الفتح لرفد المسيرة العلمية بالبحوث التربوية و النفسية القيمة ففي سنة 2008 وحسب توجيهات الوزارة أصبحت مجلة الفتح مختصة بنشر البحوث التربوية والنفسية فقط.

Relevance theory (henceforth RT) is one of the modern pragmatic theories which combines both pragmatics and cognition. It tackles the pragmatic phenomena differently from other theories. One of these phenomena is implicature. The focus of this study is to discuss the idea of implicature from RT's perspective, using relevance-theoretic comprehension procedure as a model adapted from Moeschler (2007) version of Wilson and Sperber's (2004) model of comprehension procedure to analyze implicature in Arthur miller's Death of a Salesman This paper is divided into two parts; the first is the theoretical discussion of RT and a detailed explanation of implicature and its kinds, and the second is the analysis of Arthur miller's Death of a Salesman according to RT's model. The analysis begins with presenting the selected text, then the context, lastly the derivation of implicature.

The paper deals with " Building scale of Delivery Anxiety among Pregnant Women". In order to achieve the objective of the study, the researcher set delivery anxiety scale. After exposing the scale to a group of experts, 30 items were set with minor linguistic changes. The psychometric characteristics of the scale are found like validity and reliability. Then, reaching the research community(620) pregnant women, and the scale was applied on a sample of (400) pregnant women. Furthermore, for the sake of data processing, the researcher made use of a group of statistical tools like (the T-test of two independent samples, Pearson Correlation Coefficient, Cronbach's Alpha Equation, Split-Half method to get Stability, Correcting the correlation coefficient via Pearson Brown Equation).The findings of the study revealed the validity and reliability of this measurement. Moreover, the researcher submitted a group of recommendations and suggestions.

Examinations are the heart of the teaching–learning process. They can be fruitful if there is a corporate responsibility between teachers and students. This study is a contribution to fostering positive attitudes towards testing through applying centralized examinations, which are a type of external examinations. This can lead to more beneficial influence on both teaching and learning strategies. This type can be used instead of teacher–made examinations at all the grades of the secondary stage as final examinations to get a fair and precise standard of all students at each governorate. To implement this study, the researcher designed a first version of a questionnaire and exposed it to a jury of (7) specialists in teaching English as a foreign language to decide the suitability and validity of its items. Then, the final version was distributed to (6) EFL specialist supervisors and (62) EFL teachers to elicit their opinions. In order to ensure a reliable result of the study, the researcher also interviewed the former director of Examining Department in the Directorate General of Education in Diyala to elicit his opinion. Then, the researcher examined a number of samples of teacher–made examinations to point out the weaknesses. The study has come up with a conclusion that both EFL specialist supervisors and EFL teachers agree that a centralized examination is the optimal path for activating the teaching–leaning process. Finally, the study ends with some recommendations and suggestions.

Chapter One: Introduction 1.1 Introduction and Significance of the Study: This chapter includes the introduction and significance of the study as the researcher afforded an introductory glimpse regarding the importance of educational sports as well as concerning badminton in addition to the educational tools and their role in learning. A mention is also made regarding the two skills under study. 1.2 Problem of the Study: The problem of the study is in the weakness in the ability of the general performance of learners of badminton skills, especially those of smash and attack clear shots. 1.3 Aims of the Study: 1. setting special exercises to learn the skills of smash and attack clear shots in badminton. 2. adjusting an electronic apparatus so as to learn the skills of smash and attack clear shots in badminton to play on the sides of the field. 3. figuring out the effect of the exercises and the apparatus on the precision of performing the skills of smash and attack clear shots in badminton. 4. exposing the supremacy of the experimental and control groups in learning the precision in the performance of smash and attack clear shots in badminton. 1.4 The Hypotheses of the Study: 1. The special exercises via the suggested apparatus are of positive impact on learning the skills of smash and attack clear shots in badminton. 2. Exposing the supremacy of the experimental and control groups in learning the precision in the performance of smash and attack clear shots in badminton. 1.5 Scopes of the Study: 1.5.1 The Human Scope: Second year students in the College of Basic Education/ University of Diyala. 1.5.2 The Periodic Scope: The period of time from 1/9/2015 to 25/4/2016. 1.5.3 The Spatial Scope: 1.5.3.1 The playing field of the College of Basic Education/ University of Diyala. 1.5.3.2 Diyala Sports Club Hall. The researcher adopted the experimental design of two groups which contains pre and post tests that is suitable to the topic of the study. Moreover, the researcher selected two samples of 20 second year students in the Department of Physical Education and Sports Sciences/ College of Basic Education. The sample was then divided by means of lot into two groups; experimental and control with 10 students each. Next to that, the researcher embarked on the basic study procedures to achieve the required results. Conclusions In the light of the study results and scientific facts, the researcher found out the following conclusions: 1. The special exercises via the suggested apparatus were of focal impact on learning the skills of smash and attack clear shots in badminton and were of higher results than traditional exercises. 2. Learning through the special exercises via the suggested apparatus had influential impact on learning to play on the sides of the field better than when following the traditional learning process. Recommendations In the light of the conclusions found out by the researcher, he recommends the following: 1. Including the special exercises via the suggested apparatus in the educational and training units in badminton. 2. Using the exercises via the suggested apparatus in learning and training of other skills in badminton.

One can generally presupposes in any foreign language learning domain that success is included in possessing certain learning skills which makes any foreign language acquisition successful, enjoyable and practical in a way that enables the learner to use that language in new communicative situations. Among many models of learning strategies, there is oxford language learning strategies (oxford LLS) .1990, Professor Rebecca L. Oxford (University of North Carolina) developed a learning taxonomy for categorizing learning strategies. The study aims at finding out the impact of this taxonomy on 4th stage students in the Department of English / College of Education / Salahaddin University for the academic year 2015-2016. It will illustrate to what degree learning strategies help academic students to acquire linguistic competences. The sample of the study consists of (30) students which was selected randomly from (164) students that was the total number of the 4th stage students in the department. A survey questionnaire has been used to ask students about their learning experiences, satisfaction with their coursework and assessments of improvement in their academic learning skills. The main advantage of this survey is to find out the impact of oxford LLS on Kurdish 4the Grade Students' Language Learning Strategies in College of Education through testing the following learning strategies: 1-planning for learning, 2-monitoring learning, 3-self‐regulation, 4-memorization, 5-communicative or interactive strategies. The percentage formula was used to analyze students' frequencies of responses to the statement of the questionnaire as this formula is widely used in descriptive statistics. Key words: Oxford LLS: as they are defined in the Wiki as a term referring to the processes and actions that are consciously deployed by language learners to help them to learn or use a language more effectively. Learning Strategies: can be defined as learning techniques that are used by group of learners to acquire a linguistic competence successfully and helps them to develop their interaction performance

Helping Behavior Scale for the Intermediate School Students

This study aims at measuring the helping behavior of the intermediate school students in Al- Khalis district. The test group consists of 400 students out of 4479 of the total number. The researchers adopted the apparent truth for deriving the authenticity of the scale and its psychometric features were drawn out. The validity of the scale was confirmed by two methods; retest and Alpha Cron Bach formula. The findings of the study resulted in true, reliable and acceptable indications for this type of scale. By applying the helping behavior scale, the researchers concluded that the intermediate school students have such a behavior. The following statistical tools were used by the researcher: - T-Test for the independent testing group. - Pearson- Correlation Coefficient. - Alpha Corn Formula. At the end of the study, the researchers suggested and recommended the following points: 1- The helping behavior scale of the intermediate school students, constructed by the researchers, is useful for the educational guiders in schools. 2- Parents should be acquainted with the correct way of raising their children in intermediate stage by attending the school meetings. The suggestions are: 1- Conducting a study to indicate the relation between helping behavior and yielding in different stages . 2- Conducting a study to indicate the relation between helping behavior and study achievements in different stages.

The research aims to reveal the self-awareness of the teaching of Physical Education in Kurdistan universities, and researchers used the descriptive manner Survey suits the nature of the research problem and formed the sample (160) of the teaching of Physical Education in Kurdistan universities. In order to achieve the objectives of the study were to build scale to measure self-awareness has been achieved researchers from the psychometric properties of the scale were extracted semantics validity and reliability of the scale. The researchers then apply the measure on a sample basic research and unloading data and processing the results statistically. In light of the results of the study, it was concluded the most important conclusions and recommendations at the end of the search.

The dark trait referring to the characteristics that others can not easily see it in person, except in special contexts or in everyday life stressful situations and it is also dark because of their negative impact on the mental and physical health in general . These traits are called dark Third , which includes (Psychopath , narcissism and Machiavellianism), which mediates the relationship between the stress of life and emotional experiences of the individual. And the process of responding to the stress illustrate the inevitable effects of these stress on the mental and physical health of the human being. According to the literature in this area, the reaction to the stress is more important than the real exposure to the stress itself , and these three dark traits , together or singly has an active role in our responses to the stressful situations, as well as contribute to the reduction of our agreeableness trait and increase the selfish and aggressive behavior

This study acquires its importance from the fact that it deals with Emotional intelligence, the present study aims at finding out: The Effect of psychological engineering on Developing Emotional Intelligence of Students Institute of Fine Arts via testing the following hypotheses:- 1-There are no statistically significant differences on the level of (0,05)P between the Scores of the experimental group scares before and after programmer. 2- There are no statistically significant differences on the level of (0,05)P between the Scores of the experimental and control groups in the post test. 3- There are no statistically significant differences on the level of (0,05)P between the Scores of the experimental group in the post and postponed test. For achieving the aims of this study, two tools have been used: (Al Aqaishy,2003)measure for Emotional intelligence and the program that has been prepared according to the psychological engineering . Moreover the experimental approach is adopted to verify the study hypotheses. The sample consists of (30) male students who got less score on the Emotional intelligence measure. The sample is selected from students in the Institute of Fine Arts in the city of Baqubah. They are distributed randomly into two equal groups. The set program was applied on the experimental group while the control group is not exposed to training program Then, the psychological engineering approach was adopted . Furthermore ; the number of program session was (12). The validity of the program is achieved through exposing it to a number of experts. In order to process data of the study, a group of statistical tools were used like; Pearson Correlation Coefficient, Kolmogorov-Smirnov test and Wilcoxen test. It has been found out that 1-There are statistically significant differences at 0.05 level of significance in experimental group and in favor of the program 2-There are statistically significant differences at 0.05 level of significance between the experimental and control groups . in the post test and in favor of the experimental group 3-There are no statistically significant differences at 0.05 level of significance between the scores of the experimental group students in the post and postponed test.

This study aims to measure the emotional maturity of the High school students. The researchers adopted the emotional mature measurement prepared by (Al-Mousawe, 2013), it was shown to a group of expert's in Education and Psychology. The psychometric aspects for the measurement have been found (validity and stability). The scale has been implemented on a sample of (100 students) from High School. The data of the following research has been treated by using the following statistical means: K square, Parson's Coefficient, T-test for one sample, weight percentage, Alpha-Cronbach equation, Man Whitney test, and Wilcocson Test to get the results in conducting. After analyzing this research the data has been statistically treated and found that there was an emotional mature in High School students

This study aimed to reveal the effectiveness of the use of integrated methods of teaching between the subjects taught in the first three class of the basic stage in viewpoint of class teachers in holy city of mecca, and to explore the effect of experience educational level on teachers' perceptions. To achieve the objectives of the study, the researcher designed a questionnaire consisting of (30) items to measure perceptions of teachers to the point of effectiveness of using integrated methods of teaching between the subjects taught in the elementary stage . The study sample consisted of 207 elementary female teachers in Mecca schools . The results indicated that the perceptions of the teachers towards the use of integrated methods of teaching between the subjects taught in the elementary stage were high. Results of the study also showed that there were no statistically significant differences due to teachers' educational level. While the results showed that there were statistically significant differences at ( = 0.05) between the teachers due to the variable of experience and interaction between level of education and experience.

This research aimed to : 1- Identifying the domestic violence which the rural woman exposed. 2- Identifying some individual's characteristics of the research sample . 3- Identifying the view point of violated woman . 4- Identifying the negative effects resulted from domestic violence against the rural woman as the perception of the violated women . 5- The destinations which the violated women go to when they suffer the repealed violence . For this work the dale were collected randomly using personal questionnaire for ( 186) rural women in four villages in Diyala province at a rote of (5%) from total families number in every village , and by using repented distributions and percentages in displaying data first , Types of domestic violence which the rural woman exposed tabs clear from the results that social violence and economical violence is the most spread types of domestic violence . by (76%) as cdenial of expenses , or social participation , or denial visiting fried and vela tires, and denial completing education . followed by verbal violence by (65.2%) as speaking loudly , curse, ridicule , the threat of divorce and marry another woman then Body violence by ( 46.3%) as bcaling with hands , slapping face , pulling hair , and beaning with tools of prey this results give a clear evidence on the large size of the problem of domestic violence in the rural community . Second : for some individual characteristics of the research sample , this research shows some individuals characteristics of rural women they are the young age of rural women , limited education. Big numbers of rural family , jobless husbanded and un sufficient income these characteristics may contribute and helping the occurrence of domestic violence in rural community . Third : Reasons behind domestic violence against rural woman . as preface to these reasons unemployed meant social values and habits , worse and insecurity , watching violence in the media . unavailable housing . interventions the couple of husbands families , husband suffering from health problems , differences in broughling sons up religion rights and husband drinking alcohol at last there is no rules to protect women from domestic violence .

Therefore, the current research will address the known researchers on the social intelligence of kindergarten children and their relationship with some variables? A child smart socially, is the one who can be a good social relations, and is characterized by a high degree of social interaction, as well as that he had a social fabric featured with members of his community, which helped him to achieve the highest personal and social compatibility degrees, as a child smart socially has the ability to think characterized by the possibility of a private face problems and today we live in a troubled life (Ascol, 2009, p. 3). Research Objectives: The current research aims to identify the 1.mistoy social intelligence of children Riyadh (sample). 2.alaqh between social intelligence of children Riyadh and some of the variables (child congenital arrangement, sex life, and academic achievement) By verifying the validity of the assumptions of zero: A-There is no statistically significant difference between the averages of social intelligence to the research sample and medium-premise tool to measure social intelligence at the level of significance (0.05) (B) There are no statistically significant relationship between the degree of social intelligence of children Riyadh and variables A. The current research- paper aims at the construction of a tool for the assessment of teaching behavior in view of the assessment styles in the Islamic educational thought. In implementation of this , the researcher has attempted to give answer to these two questions: 1. What are the styles of behavioral assessment in the Islamic educational thought? 2. What is the suitable tool for the teaching assessment in view of the assessment styles in the Islamic educational thought? The researcher has used the descriptive approach . and then she has gathered up the infuriation available in literature and former studies . All these encompass the assessment styles touched upon in the holy sunna in duding (the suggestion of alternatives , convincing dialogue , comparison , implicit rather explicit statements , Practice and teasing show of anger and dissatisfaction and reproach). In view of these styles , the researcher has organized atool ; it is ( a form of investigation) which includes (27) procedural descriptions , and on the basis of this , the researcher has come up with the fact that the assessment styles adopted by the messenger of Allah (pbuh) are based upon the criteria that often dominated by the practical aspect and are embodied in three areas ( the human area , the guidance area , the administrative area).

The study aimed at identifying the competencies of employers in early intervention programs for students with disabilities and their needs. The sample of the study consisted of 145 employers from different fields except the fields of management and medicine who are working in special education centers and institutions in Mecca and Jedah. In order to answer the questions of the study, a survey was developed which consisted of two parts: the first part consisted of competencies and the second part consisted of professional development needs. Validity and reliability tests were conducted on the survey. Results of the study showed the following: - - The sample of the study had and medium competencies on all areas. - - The professional training needs ranged from medium to a lot for all the sample of the study. - - The results also showed no significant differences having competencies due to major of study and experience. - -Results whowed significant differences in evaluating the competencies based on major being better for those who have special education major, however no significant differences were found due to experience and degree.

The Effectiveness of Cooperative Learning among Students at Art Education Department by Implementing Common Pottery Works and Its Relationship to their Psychological Security The research aims at measuring the psychological level of security among students at second stage, in Art Education department , College of Basic Education, University of Diyala, and the effectiveness of cooperative learning for students by implementing common pottery works and its relationship with their psychological security, and the differences between male and female students in psychological security. The experimental method is used in carrying out the current research, where an experimental and control samples are testified, each sample consists of {40} students in amount of {20} for each male and female, with age of {20} years at the second stage. The researcher used cooperative learning and psychological security scale in the current research. The experiment lasted ten weeks. The research has set the following results: 1. The psychological sense of security among the students of the second stage at Art Education department, is under the normal state and they are living with the state of a lack of security or loss. 2. The presence of the effectiveness of cooperative learning at the psychological level of security among the students who have submitted to the programme through implementing common of pottery work positively. 3. There are difference between male and female students to those who have submitted the experience in the psychological level of security, but it has not reached to the level of statistical significance, i.e. , there are no difference in the effectiveness of cooperative learning among students through implementing common pottery works on the psychological level of security, according to the variable of gender.

The paper aims at: 1. Specifying the most important problems facing higher studies students in the College of Education/ Al-Mustansiriya University from their points of view. 2. Specifying the most important problems facing higher studies students in the College of Education for Human Sciences/ University of Diyala from their points of view. As well as verifying the following null-hypothesis: - There are no statistically significant differences between the average responses of sample members in both colleges; College of Education/ Al-Mustansiriya University and College of Education for Human Sciences/ University of Diyala on the (0.005) level of significance. Study Tool: For the sake of data gathering, the researcher adopted a questionnaire of (70) items distributed to five sections. The results, then, were analyzed via the use of suitable statistic tools. Scope of the Study: This paper is limited to higher studies students in the College of Education/ Al-Mustansiriya University and the College of Education for Human Sciences/ University of Diyala in the academic year 2014-2015. Sample of the Study: For the sample to be more representative of the properties of the society, the researcher selected all individuals in the society of study of (119) male and female students. Study Results: 1. The most significant problems facing higher studies students in Al-Mustansiriya University in the descending order of the weighted average and percentage weight are (social and economic problems, university administration problems, curriculum and methodology problems, students' related problems, teaching staff related problems). 2. The most noticeable problems facing higher studies students in the University of Diyala in the descending order of the weighted average and percentage weight are (social and economic problems, university administration problems, students' related problems, curriculum and methodology problems, teaching staff related problems). 3. The T-test results indicated that there were no statistically significant variations between the average responses of the sample members in both College of Education/ Al-Mustansiriya University and College of Education for Human Sciences/ University of Diyala on the (0.005) level of significance. The paper ends up with the following recommendations: 1. Authorizing the universities to develop and change higher studies norms and regulations. 2. Establishing commissions specialized in collecting information regarding problems and obstacles that might be requiring academic studies and exposing this information to higher studies students to specify the study problem. 3. Establishing a college of higher studies to achieve the objectives of higher studies programs in an effective process. 4. Organizing courses to increase the level of higher studies students in in English. 5. Working on developing and updating higher studies programs and syllables periodically in concordance with the variations of the current phase.

This paper aims at figuring out the efficacy of the modelling strategy on the achievement of fourth year-literary branch female students in history. The experimental approach is delineated to achieve the aim of the paper. The experiment lasted for a full semester in the academic year 2014-2015. Moreover, the researcher has deliberately selected Al-Iraqia High School for Girls in Al-Khalis City to apply the experiment. She specified the sample of the study to comprise (80) female students who were distributed into two groups; (42) in the experimental group and (38) in the control group. Furthermore, the two groups were matched in the variables of (age in months, students' scores in history in the previous academic year, and parents' academic achievement). Then, the researcher adopted the experimental design of partial adjustment and post-test for both study groups. The experiment started in 15/10/2014 and lasted up to 26/12/2014. After ending up with the experiment, results were statistically analyzed via the T-Test of two independent samples. The results reflected the supremacy of experimental group students who were taught according to the modelling strategy over students of the control group who were taught in the traditional method in the achievement test. Therefore, the researcher concluded the following: 1. The use of the modelling strategy may contribute in increasing the efficacy of students' success and their activity which will, in turn, make them the center of the educational process. 2. This strategy contributes in increasing the academic achievement of students in the history of Islamic-Arabic Civilization. 3. The soundness of what the majority of literatures claim in focusing on making students a focal point of the educational process, asserting students' participation in the learning process, which is stressed by the modelling strategy.

This study is considered to be the first of its kind according to the knowledge of the researcher in using mini-teaching style in area of artistic education. It is considered as modern ways of teaching which consider the student as the core of teaching process, which is complementary to previous researches in the field artistic taste that might contribute in developing the student. Through it the researcher invites the instructors in artistic education of the necessity of using modern teaching methods in teaching because of its importance in supporting the student's role in the process of teaching. As for the problem of research it is about answering the question: does mini-teaching style has effect of developing skills of artistic taste for students at Department of Artistic Education in College of Fine Arts – University of Diyala? The research aims to: Identify skills of artistic taste for students at Department of Artistic Education in College of Fine Arts – University of Diyala and to identify effect of mini-teaching style in developing skills of artistic taste for students at Department of Artistic Education in College of Fine Arts – University of Diyala. The researcher used experimental style because of being suitable with problem and aims of research. The research sample concluded third year students at Department of Artistic Education in College of Fine Arts – University of Diyala. The research tool used was the indicator of artistic taste skills which was formed according to the Iraqi environment. After conducting the pre-research and implementing teaching style and conducting posterior test in collecting data. The data was analyzed using statistical method SPSS to obtain the results. From the results the researcher concluded the following: significant statistical differences between pre-test and posterior test for the experimental group for the favor of posterior tests. There was positive effect for mini-teaching style in developing skills of artistic taste for sample of experimental group.

The significance of the paper lies in the fact that it copes with the modern trends in delineating the current electronic media and programs in teaching. Tis paper is regarded a scientific study which calls, throughout results to be obtained by the researcher, to improve the presentation skills of theater department students via making use of multimedia in training them to have presentation skills. This paper aims at finding out the Efficacy of Multi Media on the Improvement of the Skills of Presentation and Retaining Them Among Students in the Department of theater. The researcher adopted the experimental approach due to its suitability to the problem of the paper and its aim. The sample of the study comprised of (30) third year students in Institute of Fine Arts for Boys in Diyala Province divided into two equal groups; experimental and control, with (15) students each. Moreover, the researcher used presentation skills as a tool in the study as well as making use of the SPSS to process the data. Thus, he figured out the following conclusions: 1. There are statistically significant differences between the pre and post tests of the experimental and control groups in favor of the posttests. 2. There are statistically significant variations between the experimental and control groups in the posttest in favor of the experimental group. 3. There is a positive influence of multimedia on the improvement of presentation skills of experimental group members. Furthermore, in the light of these conclusions, the researcher recommends the following: 1. The necessity to delineate multimedia in the theater department lessons in the Institute of Fine Arts, especially those dealing with improving the abilities and potentials of students. 2. The necessity to include presentation skills in the drama syllabus in the Institute of Fine Arts. 3. The necessity to focus on language skills generally, and creative presentation skills specifically as well as analyzing these skills and improving them among students of the Institute of Fine Arts.
