Strategy for the development of human resources in the information literacy in Algeria: between current capabilities and requirements of the future

Abstract

The formulation of concise and optimal exploitation of information, particularly, in light of the advanced technology, has led to the emergence of societies based on knowledge economy, and this transformation is the challenge for developing societies. The Algerian state is not immune to this, as the real investment in human capital is no substitute for the oil resources. This is achieved through an accurate strategy to provide the motivation, evaluate the content and optimize technology and to create knowledge skilled workers. Here comes the role of educational institutions and other institutions that provide the information that gets ready for computing literacy in order to face the challenges and to cope with the requirements of the future.
