The role of organizational power in identifying human resources management strategies: field research in the Kirkuk Provincial Council

Abstract

This research aims to test the correlation and the influence of organizational power influential variable in human resource management strategies variable responder in kirkuks provincial council, and then try out among other recommendations as to contribute to its development and this dish deliberate search of council members and heads of department simple, and directors of the units and the people numbered(72)individuals, and the research used the questionnaire as atool to measure the level of president, find the link variable and correlation and influence among them, and for data and information processing programs was used statistical analysis(spss) to gain access to the results through a combination of statistical methods, has research find the most important of which was the out com of several high level of research variables(organizational power, human resource management strategies),in the provincial council, as well as a correlation relations and the impact of high moral dimensions between the search sub variables, and recommended find asset of recommendations that support this relationship and to enhance the organizational power of the practices in the development of human resource management strategies.
