Abstract

Abstract The research aims to find out the role played by human resources training in enhancing the competitive advantage in the General Company for Electrical Industries, and to achieve the goal of the research, the researchers designed a questionnaire included (18) items for the collection of preliminary data from a sample consisting of (21) respondents, and in light of that has been collected and analyze data and test hypotheses using statistical program SSPS has been used many statistical methods to achieve the goal of the research, including the arithmetic mean, standard deviation and the coefficient of correlation and simple linear regression, and after a process of analysis of the research data and hypotheses research found to a set of conclusions most important, there is a significant role for training to improve staff performance, which in turn contributes to enhance the competitive advantage of the organization through what is shown by the results of the statistical analysis, which confirms that there is a relationship very strong correlation between the independent variable (human resources training) dependent variable (competitive advantage), intensive investment for training in manpower and choose programs blameless nature work for the benefit of employees and in promoting the competitiveness of the organization.
