satisfaction with the work and its relation to the Educational Instructor"s Level of Ambition

Abstract

The study aims at identifying the relationship between the satisfaction with guiding work and the level of ambition. To fulfill the objectives of the study, the scale of the satisfaction with the guiding work and the level of ambition was adopted by the two researchers. The researchers built this scale on a sample consisting of 140 educational instructors. They also extracted the psychometric properties of the two scales. After treating the data statistically using the link of the Pearson coefficient and the T-test for one or two samples, the results showed that there is no satisfaction with the work from the side of the two instructors, and that there are differences of statistical significance on the level of satisfaction according to the variable in favor of females. The results showed also that the level of the instructor's ambition was average, and there are no differences of statistical significance in the level of ambition according to variable type, and there is mutual relations between satisfaction the guiding work and the level of ambition.
