The Effect of Using the Skillful Exercises by the Gradual Field Measurements Technique to develop the Most Important and Basic Skills of Tennis.

Abstract

The first chapter represents the introduction and the importance of the study which exposes the followed practical techniques that serves the training and choosing the suitable one for it, the importance of the study is seen through using the training skills by the gradual field measurements technique and their effect on the performance development of the Tennis nascent players. The objectives of the study is to find the appropriate practical techniques to set exercises that matters the training of young ages with scientific basis to develop the most important Tennis skills by using the gradual field measurements technique. The study aims to know the effect of the skillful exercises by the gradual field measurements technique in developing the skillful performance for the nascent players which are (12) divided into two groups: the ordinary and the experiential. The hypothesis of the study is represented by finding the effect of the used exercises in developing the skillful performance. The second chapter includes the theoretical background, while the third chapter contains the methodology and the procedure of the study since the researchers used the experimental methodology because it fits the work, whereas the fourth chapter deals with the results, the analysis and the discussion of the (prior and posterior) experiments for the two groups (the ordinary and the experiential). Finally, the fifth chapter represents the conclusions and recommendations which are specified by the positive effect of the skillful exercises by the gradual field measurements technique in developing the skillful performance of the experiential group members and the necessity of using that technique by the trainers to develop the performance of the Tennis players in their practices.
