Abstract

This research was launched from an intellectual dilemma embodied in an attempt to identify the leadership skills affecting the meetings and the relationship of these skills, the extent of success in management meetings. The current research seeks to link the leadership skills and stages of management meetings at Saad public company. Has adopted the style questionnaire as the main tool for data collection and information on variables search of an intentional sample, which amounted to (34) individuals internalized managers in the levels of middle and senior management as well as their assistants and consultants, who are the leaders of Adarein practitioners to manage meetings, for the purpose of analyzing responses and test research hypotheses used researchers a number of statistical methods including the percentage and the mean, standard deviation, and Spearman correlation coefficients and experiential (F, T) and simple linear regression and Mann-Whitney and Kruskal-Wallis. In light of the results obtained research found a set of the most important conclusions certified the first and the second hypothesis, which suggests the existence of a relationship and the impact of moral leadership skills in the stages of administration of the meeting.
