Abstract

The research seeks to answer the many questions raised by the issue of research on intellectual capital and the most important components. as well as the dimensions of quality for the consumer in the company Zora , and the level of importance of intellectual capital ( human capital, structural capital, consumer capital) in dimensions of quality ( quality perceived, reliability, conformance, durability, exterior, portability service), the effect of intellectual capital in the dimensions of quality for the consumer. Adopted the researchers on the key tool for data collection is a questionnaire designed to look as it has been analyzing the contents of the questionnaire according to statistical information system (SPSS) was (50) questionnaire in which research found significant results related to the existence of the level of importance of the research variables , and came relationship between the variables correlation the moral effect between the two variables and was based on the formulation of a number of conclusion recommendations.
