Because of the growing change in technological, administrative and technical fields, it is a must for the management of service and productive organizations to put in consideration to match this change and to struggle for competition and survival.
And as result of the decreasing role of theories and approaches which were common when solvings were put to face this change specially after realizing the significance of knowledge as an important asset in achieving the organization goals and its role in the great change towards knowledge economy which concentrates on intellectual and knowledge assets.
