Requirements of the environment of working smart control and its effect on the distinctive capabilities of control activities: field study in Iraqi trade ministry.

Abstract

This research aims to clarification the implications of the use of smart controls on performance of controls formations in the Iraqi Ministry of Trade By dependence on advanced and innovative smart working methods, Representb different path in the exercise of their activities, these formations depends on the routine manual methods,and Has not seen a major development in the work methods or procedures and continued manual work in absence of mechanism which works to achieve its goals,which Representing the problem under study, data and information collected through questionnaire and personal interviews prepared for this purpose. To reach the results that achieve the goal of research we formulated two main hypotheses Branch off three hypotheses subset of each, Tested by descriptive statistical tools like (percentage, Frequencies, mean, standard deviation) and evidentiary statistical tools (Spearman correlation coefficient, simple linear regression coefficient). The most important conclusions weakness convinced officials of the senior management of the importance of the use of smart control ,as well as the staff do not have the expertise and skills sufficient in his the use of information technology, which enables them to use the information systems, Either The most important recommendations it was need to focus on operations training for workers in the formations cotrols in the e-work field of electronic components to provide smart control work environment, and build a base formations private supervisory information for the purpose of monitoring and arms with information and knowledge of previous procedures, to be more accurate decisions and to avoid duplication of work.
