The Reflection of Value Management on The Organizational Competitive Advantage Explatory Study to The Views of A Number of Managers at The General Company for Geological Survey and Mining-Ministry of Industry and Minerals

Abstract

Value Management This research aimed to detect the relation between the which is formed rom(Clear Priorities, Quality Potfolio,Distinctive Technology),and Competitive Advantage which is formed from (VRIO-valuable-rare-difficult to imitate and organize resources, unique competencies, innovation capabilities). The assumptions of the research was tested among sample of decision takers at the general company of geological survey and mining, in order to achieve the study goals ,the criterion of (Thompson,2014&Barney,1995-rev.) was adopted. The research has been applied on a decision takers (Managers) sample and hose number (54), the study questionnaire was distributed among them and recovered (45) from it. The relevant statically methods were used in order to answer the study questions and test the hypothesis. Group of results was reached, most important of it: The high level of administrative culture at the study sample. The clarity of the managerial process at the study sample. Also there was a number of recommendations, the most important of it was:Deploy the value management culture. Looking to the recent performance criteria and use it as a main tool from the top management. Focusing on the strategic success ingredients
