Abstract

Abstract The research aims to identify the role of marketing knowledge management in enhancing of the organization position, the marketing knowledg is one Basic Principles in support orientations organization towards success and Progress in the field of competition, and due to the increasing interest in the mental position and its roles in adding value effective in forming opinions and the formation of subjective impressions and create positive behavior of individuals towards organizations, so that mental position become a key goal sought by most organizations that seek for success. we choose these subjects (marketing knowledge management and mental position) as variables to determine correlation & impact relationship between them in the light of analyzing the collected data by distributed on a sample included (41) employees in the Company for Drugs and Medical in Nineveh province, the conclusions confirmed the existence of significant correlation and impact between the tow variables of research (marketing knowledge management and mental position). Recommendations is given to emphasize the need for attention of surveyed organizations in development aspects of marketing knowledge and work to Tabriz importance by strengthening its market share in the way of enable it to win more customers and as a result reflected on the promotion of its mental position.
