Analysis and Implementation of a Tubular Linear induction Motor Using Equivalent Circuit Method


This paper deals with the study and analysis of tubular linear induction motor (TLIM). This presented analysis uses equivalent circuit method to obtain the theoretical results. This use of equations used in conventional machines, taking into account the secondary circuit consists of work-piece instead of the rotor.This main object of this work is to analyze and calculate the axial force to move the cylindrical work-piece.To validate the results obtained by this analysis, an experimental model is constructed and tested. Found through the comparison between theoretical results and experimental results efficiency of this method used.
