At the time of lEmir Abdelkader and Sultan Abd el rahman; the Algerian-Morrocan relations have gone through varying periods in terms of attraction and repulsion. At the beginning, the relationship was based on support and cooperation but soon afterwards, there was a foreign intervention especially by the French. Hence, hostility, cunning and deception all became the basis of this relationship. In fact, it combined between two countries which share the same history, language, religion, blood and other numerous links such as neighbourliness and affinity... As France had a long experience in colonization and separation between the nations, it worked hard to disconnect these relationships so as it can reach its colonial goals in the Maghreb Arabe
