Abstract

This paper aims to try to shed light on the application of total quality in the institutions of higher education management mechanisms, particularly in light of the challenges that have become faced by the latter as a result of global changes which imposed a system based on science and development and technology, citing in this context, the most prominent steps the Japanese experience and theire results.
