This method was conducted by using 150 chick embryos classified into three equal groups ( 50 embryos each group). The first group was inoculated with gumboro disease virus-GDV (Lukret-strain). Second group was vaccinated with NDV and GV(Gumboro virus) the third group (control group)was inoculated with sterile phosphate buffered saline. All vaccinated groups were inoculated in the amniotic sac. Result showed the both vaccine did not reveal any negative affect on the percentage of hatchability and livability of the vaccinated chicks. Agar gel immune precipitin (AGP.) and ELISA tests were used to detect the level of immunity in group of chicks vaccinated with GV and GV& NDV double vaccine and non vaccinated (control group). Results showed a higher mean of antibody level in both vaccinated groups at age of 28 days by AGP and ELISA in addition the level of antibodies were lower in double GV& NDV vaccine group to those vaccinated by GV. Group bursa of Fabrics index were used to evaluate the effect of GV Vaccine, the result revealed that there is no damage to bursa.
