تطوير التعليم التمريضي في العراق (أنموذج مقترح)

Abstract

This research aims to develop nursing education according to global indicators in nursing colleges in Iraqi universities، and the procedural goals they stand on the global dependence on nursing education standards، and the development of a proposed model of accreditation standards for teaching nursing، including educational and health system that fits in Iraq and test this form of standards in nursing colleges، and determine the level of availability of accreditation standards for nursing education in the Iraqi nursing colleges. I rely Find the descriptive and analytical approach، and its light has been thrown (proposed) indicators rely on nursing education model، and the proposed model (6 are) axes and each axis of two or more as the number of sections (14) portion distributed on (132) indicator، and the measure of the extent of the application of the index، which was adopted (9) weights، the proposed model applied to eight of nursing colleges in Iraqi universities: (Baghdad، Babil، Karbala ،Kufa، Muthanna ،Maysan، DhiQar، Basra)، has been used many statistical means to address the required information (such as the arithmetic mean، the percentage of the extent of conformity، the size of the gap)، the research found a set of conclusions was the most important that there is a good response to the indicators proposed model and the nursing colleges are working on continuous improvement through attention to global standards in the field of nursing education، and the researcher recommended to adopt reliability standards in nursing education، and work on the development (of credit) Council، and the development (of the nursing profession scientific association) sets standards and identifies programs.
