The Effect of Strategic Intelligence in Organizational Creativity "A Study of the Opinions of a Sample of the Faculty of Administrative Sciences at Najran University

Abstract

The research aimed to test the impact of strategic intelligence on organizational innovation in the Faculty of Administrative Sciences - Najran University. The research was based on the analytical descriptive method. The research hypothesis is that there is a statistically significant relationship between each of the strategic intelligence dimensions (foresight, systems thinking, strategic vision, and partnership) and organizational innovation. The research sample consisted of (91) members of the academic staff in the Faculty. The main research tool is the questionnaire. The results of the research showed that there is a positive and significant affect of strategic intelligence with all its dimensions on organizational innovation. The research found a number of recommendations including enhancing the role and participation of the academic staff in all the university activities, and utilizing their scientific capabilities to serve the interest of the faculty and university.
