Leve effectives of the educational Counselors of improving the motive of learners to learn from the point of students

Abstract

This research aims to know the effectives of the educational Counselors to improve or push the learners to learn, for this reason the effectives of educational Counselors is used to encourage learns to learn on a haphazard sample of students from Al-Hashimiya city Significance of truress and constancy has bean extracted for this tool. The Sample consists of (86) male students, and (69) female students. The results show that there is appositive effect on what educational Counselors do to encourage learners to learn. The results also show the effectiveness level of educational Counselors of improving the motive of learners to learn from all sides (educational, social, psychological, healthy, free time), and the total mark for the scale. The results has been explained in terms of-theoretical side especially the theories educational guidance and what has been called of experimental evidences in the subject and ended with many recommendations concerning research results.
