The Organizing Far-sightedness and its Role in Alleviating the Risky Behaviour Resulting from Overcrowded Work Place - An Analytical Study for a Sample of Preparatory Schools in the Suburb of Al-Musayab

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to investigate the relationship between Organizational civility and Workplace incivility in the Preparatory schools of Musayyib spend, importance of research includes rare of studies that investigated the relationship between Organizational civility and Workplace incivility. Furthermore, there is a reality problem, which has a significant effect on Iraqi education sector. Based on the random sampling, 166 questionnaires were distributed to employees at the Preparatory schools of Musayyib spend. Only 161 questionnaires were returned. Out of which 158 questionnaires were usable resulting into a response rate of 98%. The theoretical results show the knowledge gap related to identification the nature of the relationship between Organizational civility and Workplace incivility. Moreover, the practical results show the significant and positive of Organizational civility on Workplace incivility.
