Abstract

The main purpose of this research is to demonstrate the reflection of lean human resource management practices in enhancing strategic vigilance of organizations. The lean thinking of human resources is the contemporary direction of providing the effort, time and money to make the right and quick decisions to support the objectives of the organization. Keep abreast of all the developments that occur in the contemporary dynamic environment within which organizations operate. Therefore, the problem of research indicates that there is a clear lack of awareness and awareness of the importance of employing rational thinking practices to manage human resources in enhancing the strategic vigilance processes of the organization in question. In order to address the problem of research and achieve the objectives sought, the analytical descriptive approach was adopted in the practical aspect of research. The research, which was prepared by drawing on the ideas of a number of previous studies in this field, which was distributed to a number of teaching staff working in the Faculty of Isra University (117) teaching, either to analyze the search data has been used both (EXCEL) (SPSS). The statistical analysis tools have resulted in a number of results, most of which confirmed the validity of the main hypotheses and sub-hypotheses included in the research. The researcher concluded that the rational thinking practices of human resources management constitute one of the main engines of all the strategic alert operations in the organization The researcher recommended that attention be paid to how to employ and develop lean thinking practices for human resources through benefiting from the experiences of developed countries in this field, and to use this in enhancing the strategic vigilance of the organization to enhance its ability to adapt with sufficient Variables that occur in the surrounding environment.Key words: Lean thinking, human resource management, strategic vigilance, business organizations, the environment.
