Abstract

This research focuses on foreign direct investment environment in Iraq, and the importance of active the multilateral international agreement that is related of trade related investment measures (TRIMs) in condition of world trade organization (WTO). this agreement make the investment environment that are international acceptable for gravity the (FDI) to Iraq and gaining for it advantages.
