Abstract

The research aims to measure the level of organizational citizenship behavior of a sample of Tdrisie College of Business and Economics University of Baghdad College Tigris University, To achieve the goal, the researchers designed a questionnaire included (25) items to collect preliminary data from a sample consisting of 60 respondents, and in light of that has been collected data analysis and hypothesis testing using the statistical program SSPS was used several statistical methods to achieve the goal of the research, including the mean, standard deviation and coefficient of variation and test Z coefficient .mann-whitney test and after a process of analysis of research data and assumptions research found a set of conclusions most important, confirmed the sample having the attention of these behaviors before giving him an applied dimension is reflected in the possibility of employment in the surveyed colleges and is a good tool to achieve organizational efficiency and effectiveness. The most important recommendations made by the research, to be aware of the surveyed officials at colleges that are keen to maintain high levels of organizational citizenship behaviors among workers accompanied by enabling them to perform the tasks entrusted to them by giving them more autonomy and participation of the information, which is reflected in a positive way to improve their performance levels.
