A Case Study of Business Intelligence in the Iraqi Environment: Case Study at the Mobile Telecommunications Company (Cork) in Kirkuk / Iraq "

Abstract

The research paper sheds light on a contemporary phenomenon of business, which represents business intelligence that in turn includes the implications and capabilities to build up a model suits the Iraqi environment. The model was tested on 25 individuals of the (korek) Mobile Telecommunications Company in the city of Kirkuk. ‏SPSS was used to analyses the research data. Several conclusions appear; the most important is a discrepancy in the level of availability of business intelligence in terms of organizational capacity in the company investigated, Based on these conclusions; several recommendations were made. The most important was associated with the proposed model for other organizations working in different fields from the field in question to determine the level of availability of capacity they have. Can the proposed business intelligence capabilities for this purpose be adopted as well as the possibility of adding other variables to its dimensions or deleting variables to suit the Iraqi environment?
