The availability of causes of employment alienation in public organizations (An exploratory study for opinions of a sample of individuals working in Kirkuk Education Directorate)

Abstract

The study focus on the basic idea that the availability of the causes of functional alienation in Kirkuk Education Directorate ,its confirmed on the basic philosophical concepts ,its goals monitoring for the causes of functional alienation and identify symptoms and stages and a description of its effects, as the study built on a scientific holistic integrated framework and intellectual knowledge and a clear framework in addition to the field frameworks and an exact statistical practical methods. The study is importance because it was tackled the sector of educational services which is one of the most important sectors that affect the culture and values of society that should be promoting and see how educational reality that individuals suffered from as a result of their functional alienation. The questionnaire form is a basic tool in the collection of the information, as study sample consisted of (39) individuals whom working in Kirkuk Education Directorate were analyzed and diagnosed the study sample and test its hypotheses by using the statistical analysis(SPSS-17) The study also confined to a set of conclusions, including: 1.The individuals whose working are feeling of functional alienation within the surveyed Organization, through the influence of the causes on individuals, which leads to a high alienation among workers.2.There is a big weakness in the system of incentives in terms of the application and the distribution so as to be one of the main causes of functional alienation within the Organization.3..The results of the analysis showed that there was a significant positive correlation among the variables of functional alienation.
