The Obstacles of Implementing the Standards of Quality Management of Education in Second and Third Russafa Directorates

Abstract

The objective of this study was to identify the obstacles facing the implementation of quality management standards in the second and third Rasafa educational directorates hence to suggest the appropriate solutions. All fourty two administration supervisor of both Rasafa Educational directorates were selected to be the sample of this study. Data for this study were collected through a questioner prepared by both researches for this purpose. An appropriate statistical tools were used for the analysis of the results achieved in this study. The study has come out with number of findings, most of which confirmed the existence of real obstacles face the implementation of quality management standards such as lack of knowledge and experience in the mechanism of implementing quality programs amongst school principals and teaching staff. Based on the results achieved in this study, researchers suggested number of recommendations, the most important of which is the development of training programs to all school teaching staff and providing the required financial support for the implementation of the quality systems.
