Abstract

This research studies the efficiency of the educational institutions in Sumar quarter. Which contains three subsidiary approaches that form the research's structure. The first approach is the theoretical approach that deals with research's issue and concepts and terms that are used in the research. Additionally; it deals with the education in general and its philosophy. The second approach deals with the spatial limits of the study area including the quarter location in AL-Risafah side of Baghdad and its population.The third approach offers a presentation of the state of education, and the distribution of its educational institutions. Furthermore; it deals with the evaluation and the efficiency of the educational institutions in the study area. The conclusions and the recommendations are the result that based on this research as a vision to solve some of the issues to achieve the educational goals in best results possible, and to achieve progress in the educational function and maximize its efficiency
