Building and applying psychological climate measure of school physical education teachers in remote areas and the center

Abstract

The research aims to build and apply psychological measure of school climate and to identify the differences of the psychological climate among school sports education teachers in remote areas and the center workers in secondary schools of the General Directorates of Tarbiat Baghdad Karkh first, second and third. And used two researchers descriptive approach the study survey on the research community which has been voted the way intentional and amounted to (481) School of Physical Education for the school year (2014-2015), was the application of the scale with the help of support staff and used the researchers statistical Pouch (SPSS) and the laws of statistical which achieve the goal of the letter and after treatment Results and analysis the researchers concluded that the sample has a temperate myself positive teachers and enjoy a sample sides Schools climate myself teachers better than the sample center schools and recommended that researchers need to address climate psychological school because of its important role in achieving the educational objectives of the process and provide myself teachers climate suitable and appropriate for the success of the educational process in schools and educational center and the periphery both myself and provide a positive school climate through the creation of awareness sessions among a sample center schools.
