Abstract

The main objective of the study was to identify the theoretical and applied concept of quality culture and strategic performance and to deepen the awareness of the culture of quality and strategic performance in the organization in order to determine the level of interest in the culture of quality and strategic performance in the organization in question. and strategic performance, where quality culture is one of the key pillars in enhancing and improving the strategic performance of all industrial and service organizations. Hence, the problem of the study lies in the main question of what is the role of Quality in enhancing spyware strategic performance in the surveyed organization? In addition to a number of other questions, what is the quality level of the organization in question? In order to answer these questions, the descriptive study plan was formulated. In order to achieve the objectives of the study and to answer itsquestions, 65 questionnaires were distributed to a number of workers (in the Diyala Directorate) valid for analysis. The researcher reached a number of conclusions, most notably, Quality culture is one of the basic concepts that must be published, developed and adopted in any organization in order to elevate and raise the level of performance and achieve excellence and creativity, in view of the importance of quality culture in the work of organizations, and to develop the thinking of employees and improve their performance through the adoption of programs and training curricula on a continuous basis Before the organization investigated.
