Employing Psychological Capital in Enhancing the Requirements of Building the Reputation of the Organization Exploratory Study for Opinions of a Sample of Directors in Salahaddin General Education Directorate

Abstract

The present study is a test following the use of psychosocial capital in promoting the requirements of building the reputation of the organization. The researcher used the descriptive and analytical method to study the problem and analyze it and to show the relation between its variables in the Directorate General of Salahuddin Education as a field for studying and testing its hypotheses. The researcher adopted the questionnaire form as a data collection tool. This included taking a sample of the managers of the organization in question. (120) copies were distributed, (104) of which were valid for measurement. The data were analyzed using appropriate statistical methods for the purpose of testing hypothesis research. The problem of the study was the weakness of the adoption of psychological capital in the organization investigated, and one of the most important results of the research was the existence of a significant impact and correlation of psychological capital dimensions in enhancing the requirements of building the reputation of the organization.
