Abstract

The research was carried out in the General Company for Electrical Industries. It included a sample of 60 administrative leaders. The research used the questionnaire as a main tool To collect the data, including 45 questions, the answers were analyzed to reach the final results of the research using a set of methodsSPSS). The research sought to test a number of main and sub-hypotheses related to the relationship of correlation and influence between the search variables, especially the basic question ( Is there an impact of organizational Agility on quality of service?), The research reached conclusions, the most important of which was the lack of interest of the company in question The main findings of the study were the lack of interest of the company in sensing the environmental changes, especially the technological changes or the preferences of the customer. This leads to the company being closed to itself and to its external environment, which is the essence The researcher has reached a number of recommendations, the most important of which is to encourage the adoption of the concept of agility organizational dimensions in the company investigated because they are necessary for the survival of organizations and development and keeping pace with all environmental changes.
