Leadership competencies of the directors of the sports and school activities According to the total quality management in the directorate general of the Iraqi ministry of education

Abstract

AbstractThe research aims at identifying the leadership competencies of school and sports departments directorates in the general directorates of the ministry of education, according to total quality management from its employees point of view and recognizing the strengths and weaknesses points identifying their training needs by knowing performance gap between what is planned to and its application as well as benefit planner , decision makers with information and recommendations in the mechanism of evaluation and selection of sports leaders. The research sample consists of (400 ) individuals distributed to (100) administrative staff ana (300) technical supervisor by using analytical staff search. To achieve the research objectives a questionnaire was prepared in the final form of (77) item distributed on (6) fields the results showed that the directors of sports and school have good leadership competencies in personal and human relations competencies were wealt in focusing on the beneficiary satisfaction and continuous improvement.
