Impact of training program by using different resistances in development of some functional, physical and skilful variables for football players


Some football players with different ages are doing some exercises with free weights and using various devices, including multi-gym machine, there are some technical and training mistakes in dealing with these devices which may be reflected negatively on them especially when using inappropriate and none gradual training intensity. Therefore, the researcher believes that there is a lack of interest in the regulation of muscle strength training and various resistance exercises to some extent and in their application by some football players and coaches and for all ages in general and for youth in particular. Therefore, the researcher prepared two sets of special exercises for the force with the various resistances of the emerging football players, one using free weights and the other using multi- gym machine and applying them to certain muscles and studying their effect in some functional, physical and skilful variables.
