Impact of special exercises using (skill) in development of some compatibility capabilities of handball players

Abstract

Of the requirements of learning that the learner has a degree of compatibility capabilities, because of their great importance in various sporting events, as it helps the athlete to the economy and reduce the errors resulting from performance and access to a high degree of efficiency, as well as speed of learning and mastering and stabilization of motor performance of the activities that feature This is why the research problem was concentrated through the observation of the researchers that there is a weakness in the compatibility abilities, which called for the researchers to find solutions to this problem through the design of a (skill device) Multi-purpose and the preparation of appropriate quality exercises with the work of the device, in order to develop the compatibility capabilities of the player. The aim of research is to design a skilled device to develop some coordinated capabilities of handball players and to identify the effect of exercise on the use of a skill device in developing some of their compatibility abilities, and to identify the superiority of exercise using a skilled apparatus and the usual exercises in developing some of abilities of the sample search. The researchers used the experimental approach to design two groups with pre-test and post-test. The research community was identified by the players of the specialized handball school affiliated to the Ministry of Youth and Sports in Karbala (ages 15-13) and (40) players. (40%) of the research community. The sample was randomly divided into two groups (experimental and experimental) with 8 players per group. The researchers concluded that special exercises applied to "skill device" is better than the exercises prepared by the sports educators in the school specialized in the development of some compatibility capabilities of handball players. The skill set has been instrumental in success of educational curriculum followed by multi-part learning and providing the thrill and excitement associated with the learning process within the educational units.
