دور القطاع الخارجي في تحديد العلاقة بين الإيرادات والنفقات الحكومية في العراق

Abstract

The nature of the relationship between government revenues and expenditures is one of the most controversial issues in the macroeconomic and public finances. Recently, the importance of this relationship has increased with the growing financial deficits in various countries of the world and the worsening public debt rates due to the repercussions of the global financial crisis and the requirements of Development and economic stability. this paper aims to verify the dynamic relationship between government revenues and expenditures in the Iraqi economy based on the external sector (oil export), and follow up the nature of the response of government revenues and expenditures for oil price shocks. The ARGD and Granger causality were used to test the hypotheses expected during the period (1980-2015).
