STABILITY ANALYSIS OF PARALLEL PWM DC/DC BUCK CONVERTER

Abstract

This paper presents a new topology for parallel PWM DC/DC buck converter. The topological structure and operation principle of the proposed approach are presented. The stability analysis including Bode plot diagram technique is used to study the performance of this topology.Various design criteria are discussed and verified by computer simulations. It is found that the results are satisfactory, and the proposed topology can be used in high power applications by selecting the applicable values of the controller parameters and number of parallel modules which are needed
