The impact of an educational curriculum using specialexercises proposed to acquire motor compatibility in free swimming with ages (8-10) years for young people

Abstract

The researcher proposed special exercises in learning the kinetic compatibility in the free swimming, where the exercise works to develop the motor compatibility of the player until the stage of mastering the required movement,. The researcher used the appropriate experimental approach to the nature of the problem. The sample of the study included the swimmers of the school specialized in swimming (14) swimmers and were chosen by the intentional manner, ranging between 8-10 years were divided into two equal groups randomly to the control group, according to the curriculum adopted by the school specialized (7) ) Swimmers, and a pilot group operating according to the curriculum prepared by the researcher and the number (7) swimmers. The researcher used the appropriate statistical means to process the data statistically. The researcher concluded that the proposed special exercises led to the learning of motor compatibility with free swimming.
