Problems of female teachers working at boys schools for the intermediate stage comparative field study

Abstract

The goal of the right education is to prepare the individual for life in society in an integrated preparation and work on the development of the personality of the individual development dealing with the various aspects of mental and physical, moral and social and to reach the minimum to qualify his talents and to direct his tendencies and preparations guidance that makes him an effective force and a useful member in the society in which he lives. Education is considered to be a fundamental right of every human being and a need for life needs and necessities. The current research aims to identify: measuring the problems of teachers working at schools for boys in the middle stage , and the level of problems of teachers working mothers and non-mothers. The researchers have adopted the descriptive approach. The current research community may be female teachers working in middle school schools in Diyala for the academic year (2018-2019). The number of these students was 129 distributed among 12 middle boys. 120 schools were selected from the results of the center of Baquba reached the results of which: Problems emerged for female teachers working at boy’s schools in the intermediate stage, which were for the four fields of emotional, educational, skilled and administrative. The researchers recommended the preparation of training sessions for new female teachers, in a more detailed way. The two researchers suggested the problems of teachers working at boys' schools for the preparatory stage.Keywords: problems, teachers,
