دور الوساطة الجزائرية في إدارة الصراعات الإقليمية (نموذج ليبيا بعد حراك 2011)

Abstract

The diplomatic activity in Algeria during the period between 2011 and 2019 was characterized by remarkable movements due to the regional transformations experienced by the neighboring countries as a result of the Arab revolutions, which led to the need to keep them in mind and to think about the appropriate methods to deal with them. The most important feature of Algerian diplomacy is the dangerous developments in the country's eastern borders due to the conflict in Libya as a result of the fall of the Qadhafi regime, the entry into a serious civil war and the failure of the political components to find a compromise formula that will contribute to the success of the democratic state- Therefore, the Libyan issue is considered one of the most complex issues in the region, because of the serious repercussions that may affect the entire Sahel. Algeria has called on many occasions and focused its efforts on the need to find peaceful solutions to this crisis and arbitrate the logic of reason and avoid military intervention and armed conflict. Accordingly, the Algerian approach has a distinct vision of dealing with this crisis and striving for a peaceful settlement of this conflict.
