Emotional Intelligence and its Relationship with Psychological and Social Compatibility among Kindergarten Students

Abstract

The aim of the research is to identify: 1- Emotional Intelligence among Kindergarten students.2- psychological and social compatibility among students of kindergarten department.3 - the correlation between emotional intelligence and psychological and social compatibility. The limits of the research were limited to the subject of emotional intelligence and its relationship to psychological and social compatibility among students of kindergarten department at the University of Mustansiriyah / College of Basic Education in the city of Baghdad for the academic year 2018-2019.To achieve the objectives of the research was adopted the emotional intelligence scale, which consists of (50) paragraphs, and the measure of psychological and social compatibility of (60) paragraphs in their final form and extracted them all the necessary standard characteristics in the construction of psychological measurements, and used the necessary statistical means in the construction of psychological measurements and reached research The following results:1- The students of the kindergarten department enjoy a high level of emotional intelligence.2- Kindergarten students enjoy a high level of psychological and social compatibility.3- There is a correlation between emotional intelligence and psychological and social compatibility.In light of the results, the research came up with a set of recommendations and proposals for future studies.
