For this purpose, data related to the studied variables were collected through a survey distributed among (89) responders at Zayed Hospital in Baghdad. The data were analyzed using a set of statistical methods. The results were extracted using SPSS-20. The study found that the dimensions of the job burning variables had a significant effect on the strategic proficiency variables. In addition, a set of recommendations were suggested.
