Diplomatic relationship between Iraq and Japan after 2003

Abstract

The study reflects the nature of the diplomatic relationship between Iraq and Japan, especially after 2003, during which the occupation of Iraq took place. The history of the diplomatic relationship between the two countries dates back to 1939. We focus on this relationship after 2003, the year in which major changes took place between the two countries. Iraq was difficult in that period as a result of the war that caused a security vacuum and the absence of effective political, prompting Japan to provide political, financial and security support
