Abstract

The Study recent is dealt the With evaluating the unsaturated Lipid acids includingthe Omega Lipid acids by using the Fast Liquid Chromatographic techniques(HPLC) . It is estimated the unsaturated lipid acids and Omega acids for the extractedOils and from the plant Samples (Pourpied and radish Seeds), the extracted oilof Pourpied Seed is Contained the highest percentage of Omega -6 acid among theSamples(50.5%) ,as well as the extracted oil of radish Seed is Contained the highestpercentage of 42.0% omeg-3 and 21.27%omega-9. The study included evaluating thefollowing bio-chemical avanet (Moisture, the percentage of the total Solid materials,the percentage of the extracted Oil ,Acid Value ,Iodine Value, Saponifing Value,Ester Value and Peroxide Value) .The Pourpied Seed registered Moisture the percentage of the total Solid materials,the percentage of the extracted Oil 5.3% , 96.1% ,32% respectively , aswellas the Radish Seed registered 3.9% ,94.7%,11.4% respectively.The extracted oil ofPourpied Seed registered,Acid Value ,Iodine Value, Saponifing Value, Ester Valueand Peroxide Value 27, 178.9, 151.9, 68.5, 16 respectively,aswell as the extracted oilof radish Seed is Contained, 8.2,72.3,181.6,201.1,18.9 respectively. the study focusedon assessing some of the mineral element s(Calcium ,Potassium ,Zinc ,Iron andMagnesium ).the extracted oil of Pourpied Seed registered concentration in Mg(0.567),Zn(0.15),Ca(0.718),K(2.36),Fe(0.33) but the extracted oil of radish Seed registeredconcentration in Mg(0.418),Zn(0.085),Ca(1.48) K(4.583),Fe(0.138)
