Abstract

School becomes an official intention which has an independent entity and has specific goals and responsibilities in modern age which contribute in the development of the school in the complication of the social life and the accumulation of the heritage and the knowledge. So primary stage is considered as the base that the other stages are built on because it represents the base of the educational pyramid and the great amount of development that it contributes in pupil personality which is useful for the teaching-learning processes in the other stages. Due to the mentioned above, the importance of school is emerged as a social and educational environment that works to satisfy the pupils needs and gives them a space to develop and direct their abilities and aptitude. Thus, establishing private schools urges us to ask about its essence and identity and whether pupils come to it because public (state) schools do not have the requirements that they seek for or the activities and programmers schools lack.
